Hi! I’m Ronald! I am an energetic, playful yet cautious guy who gets along with other dogs and would benefit from a fur sibling who matches my energy. I have not been around cats or kids yet to know how I would do around them, but based on my personality, a house with older kids would be best. I am house trained, crate trained, and can be left for the duration of your normal work day. I like to play fetch with my toys, spend time in my yard, and work each day on how to walk on a leash. I love all treats, my rubber and tennis balls, Kong and chew toys. I am not a big cuddler (yet), but I do like pets from my humans and enjoy relaxing on the couch with them when I am not in play mode. Because of my past, I am unsure about new people, new animals and will need a family that is patient and can spend weeks/months letting me decompress and get used to my new home. I have come so far since I have been with my foster family– learning that new things aren’t so bad and strangers aren’t so scary. When you adopt me there will be a few weeks where I need to learn about you and my new environment, but I promise I will learn and will warm up to you just like my foster parents. I cannot wait to find a family of my own who will be patient with me as I learn and grow and provide me with all the love I deserve! If you are interested in meeting Ronald, apply to adopt him at: www.causeforcanines.org. Adoption fee: $350 Must be an Ohio resident and 23 or older. Children must be 5 years old or older.
