Story
Gucci is a lab/boxer mix, he is approx 6 months old and 22 lbs, he will probably be in the 40 to 50 lb range when fully grown. He is one of a litter of puppies rescued from a known dumping ground in Houston TX. Gucci is a typical puppy, he loves to run and play in the yard. Gucci gets along with the other rescue dogs. He is not yet fully house or leash/harness trained, but he is very smart and learns very quickly. He is a little on the shy side with people but will always run up for a treat! Gucci is a very handsome boy with beautiful markings and he has a very nice disposition. He will be a great family dog and companion. He would be a great dog for hiking or the dog park. Gucci must be an inside dog and a loved member of the family. He must be walked on a leash and he must have a secure, fenced yard to run and play. Gucci is neutered, fully vaccinated, (DAPP, Bordatella, rabies, canine influenza), and microchipped. He is receiving monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. Gucci's adoption fee includes the cost of ground transport by a reputable and trusted transport company to Columbus, Akron, or Cinncinnati OH. I am great on leash for walks with my foster mom. I love going on walks, car rides, and playing with my foster brother. He has taught me so much about how to be a dog. I think a fur sibling and a fenced in yard would be amazing but not necessary. I pretty much love nothing more than to give hugs and kisses. I have not been around cats yet to know how I would do with them. I am house trained, crate trained and walk well on a leash too. Ollie is a 4yr old Black English Labrador. He is very playful and energetic. He also loves a good cuddle. He is very sweet with other people and kids, he currently has a 2 yr old human sibling that he adors. He is great with other dogs, if not a bit to excited to play with them. Unknown about cats. He loves to go on car rides and walks. He also loves to play fetch. He is house trained and very responsive to training. Knows all his basic commands and has decent recall. He is a very smart and sweet boy and deserves a loving family.

A family friend found 3 puppies in a box, left at a gas station parking lot December 28th, 2020. My husband and I ended up bringing home Billie. The next day we took her to the vet where she received a full check up and she received all her shots, etc. The vet was unsure of Billie's breed, although they believed her to be a Lab mix. As time has gone on, some folks have suggested she is a Lab - Cane Corso mix? At that visit, the vet estimated her age as 6-8 weeks old, so her birth date would be November, 2020. When Billie was mature enough we had her spayed, which was in her first year. Our home includes myself, my husband, and our Australian Sheppard, Copper (age 7 at Billie's adoption). We have a back yard with a privacy fence and a dog door. Billie & Copper have always gotten along well. Billie is a very loving dog, although she can be reactive to other dogs (due to lack of exposure). I believe she would be great with kids, but again there has been a lack of exposure.
