Story
Nova is the younger "sister" in a bonded pair. She’s over 2 years old & a ball full of energy. She loves toys, walks, car rides, belly rubs, wrestling with Bonnie, chasing birds & squirrels & cuddles. Nova was taught to "husky" talk from Bonnie & loves to talk to you when excited, happy or wants attention. She’s lived with cats, dogs & kids. She’s house, crate trained, dog door trained. Nova knows basic commands but does have a tendency to chew on things, however if she has a steady supply of heavy duty chew toys, the behavior is a non issue. It pains us to have to rehome them but due to family medical issues, we must move. Due to Bonnie's joint issues & their attachment, we hope that they can have a new home together. She'd do best with a fully fenced yard & someone home most of the day. They'll come come with food, meds, vet records, blankets, beds, toys, etc that will make the transition easier. Fee will be waived if adopted together. Placement will be based off of best for them

He needs room to roam and play and is hoping for an adopter who will help him expend all that energy. Banjo will do best with someone who can patiently work on training and is able to give him the mental stimulation and physical exertion he needs.

Story
Charlie was a stray that we found two years ago in pretty rough shape. We got him neutered, shots, and microchipped. He is house trained. Charlie loves to go on walks, play fetch, or go on hikes. We have worked with a trainer, but Charlie still needs someone that can help him with leash aggression to other dogs. Charlie tends to get along great with other dogs while not on a leash. Charlie is eager to please and would be a great fit for someone that has to time and energy to work with him. Charlie and our 6 year old son have gotten along great since we’ve hade. Charlie loves being by your side and loves to look out the window and “protect” the house.

Story
** Currently fostered in Houston Texas, but available for adoption out of state via rescue transportation, included in adoption fee. Offer Zoom call to virtually meet prior to adoption. Meet Barkley! This sweet baby wandered up on someone's property. He was wearing a harness on that had the brand name boots and barkley, so that's where the finder got his name. Barkley was chipped, but unfortunately it was not registered. It shows that he was adopted in January2023, and that he is estimated about 5 years of age. He currently weighs around 55 lbs and we believe him to be a border collie/cattle dog mix. He has energy and he loves to run and play, but can be a couch potato too. His favorite thing in the world is to play fetch with a ball! Barkley likes other dogs if they are female, but has not been a fan of males. We believe it's from a lack of social time with other dogs because he doesn't come off as just an aggressive pup, he just seems like he was kept in a yard and ignored a lot of the time prior to rescue and may not be familiar with most dogs. Barkley clearly knows his basic commands, such as sit, kennel, shake and settle. He is highly toy and food motivated and responds wonderfully to focused training. With continued training, we could even see him being an agility pup! Barkley is crate trained, housebroken and does well on leash. He is fully vetted, meaning he us neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped and on monthly preventions for flea, tick and heartworm. For more information on how to adopt Barkley, contact us at MokasMission@Gmail.com for an application.

Story
Meet me Bandit! My name is from Paw Patrol, but I will steal your heart. I'm super easy going, love other dogs, good with cats, and great with kids of all ages too. My leash skills are pretty good for a puppy and rarely have an accident, so I'm pretty much potty trained. I love to cuddle and play with toys. Treats are a favorite of mine. If you are interested in my please complete the application. I am located in San Antonio, TX, but my adoption fee includes transport. I come fully vetted to age, fixed, microchipped and will get a health certificate before I travel if adopted out of state
