This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!. She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. Story

This story is from Kevins rescuer, the police officer. We got a call about a puppy being tied on a vacant properties porch and possibly someone trespassing on the property. Once I arrived on the property, no one could be located, but the puppy was tied to a porch railing and left with no food or water. I contacted John with Baker Bridge Rescue who agreed to help me, of which I was very grateful. I then secured the pup shortly after. A couple folks floating on the river were very relieved to see the dog being taken care of!. Since getting Kevin home with us, he has gained weight and found that people can be good. He is learning potty training and playing with the other dogs. He loves playing with toys. This handsome red heeler mix puppy is called Ernie and he and his brother Bert and their mom were found in a barn where they had been raised by their stray mother. Their mother was barely hanging on to life. The happy ending to her story is she is living with a wonderful family now and is loved and Ernie is looking for a wonderful family too raise him, love him, and bring his own special joy to. Ernie is a really delightful and well adjusted 6-month-old puppy that weighs 26 lb. He is a friendly little guy that enjoys meeting people and loves to chase a ball and bring it back to you. His innocence and love for life is contagious. He craves being with people that like him and speak kind words to him. He will crawl in your lap and be your best little buddy. His foster mom who raised he and his brother Bert says that he has the best temperament and personality. Recently this little guy went to a yoga class at the YMCA and had so much fun. It was a totally new and unique environment and he handled it with great poise and embraced all of the Zen vibes going on. He is learning quite well, how to walk on a leash and he rides in a car like a pro. This senior boy is around 10 years old and weighs 30 pounds and was adopted from Critter Cavalry Rescue by a caring woman back in 2019 and she is now in critical care and unable to keep this boy and her family has asked Critter Cavalry to please once again find a home for Blue Moses. He misses his momma so much and right now he is in the home alone with a neighbor coming to feed and take him out. My name is Cancun and I am a little 3 month old red Heeler mix pup that is just as cute and fun as you can imagine from my looks. I am 12 pounds and was just neutered last week and completed all of my shots and wormings and am fully ready to spread my wings and find my own dog pad in this world. My foster mom found me and my sister and brother on her front porch steps in a box and she never knew who left us there. She said that word is out that she has a big heart and does rescue work. Well I am thankful for her and what kind of care she has given us. I love other dogs, adore cats and I am a great little guy to play with people at all times. Miranda is a blue heeler mix who was found very pregnant, and wandering around the area. Our rescuer partner in Texas took her in, and she gave birth just a day later. Miranda is estimated to be about two years old. She's been vaccinated and will be spayed before coming to NJ. She walks nicely on leash, Is very sweet, Loves belly rubs, and Is good with all animals. She is initially a little timid around new people (understandable) but she’s already come a long way since being found. She does well with other dogs and is very tolerant of young dogs who haven't learned manners yet. Miranda is currently in Texas but will be transported to NJ when adopted. Have you met Carmela yet? According to her foster, she’s a “lush for attention.”. She adores receiving belly rubs and pets of any kind. She is a bit shy at first, but will quickly warm up and will do best with someone who can give her a little bit of extra one on one time and socialization. Her foster says she is a total sweetheart who is very eager to please. She’s also quick to learn new things and loves receiving praise…and did we mention pets?!? Yes, she will do anything for a good petting session which is ideal for training! She adores playing fetch and is always eager to make you smile. Our best guess on her breed is some type of cattle-dog mix. Her brother, Butterscotch, is also available for adoption. They were recently seized by a sheriff in Texas when their owner was evicted from her rental property. She was a hoarder and the dogs and cats on her property were found in a state of absolutely terrible neglect. Luckily that hasn’t impacted sweet Carmela’s personality. So if you are looking for a pup who aims to please you, then Carmela is your girl. Carmela is currently about 40 pounds, and we guess her to be about 8 months old (as of January). Carmela is in foster care in Texas but will be transported to NJ upon adoption. Lora Lee is a very sweet dog that is just 2 years old and weighs 42 pounds. She is said to be an Aussie mix with some Terrier. Whatever the mix is we think she is a most unusual and truly a beautiful girl who well with other dogs in her foster home. She is a friend to all and apparently she is house trained as long as taken out regular. Lola Lee is crate trained but cannot be left for long hours in the crate. She is not leash trained but is trying to improve. We are requesting that applicants have a fenced yard for her because she is an active girl that needs to run and play with freedom and not at the end of a leash only. This beauty loves to cuddle and be by your side like your BFF and shadow. If you have another dog that would be great for her to have a playmate that can help her wear out her energy every day. Lola Lee is a great girl and she is going to need an active family that can challenge and meet her need for exercise and be able to keep up with her. This girl was born around the middle of May and is thought to be combination of lots of breed influences. For starters we think that Cattle Dog and Aussie might be a mixture that are dominant for her. She is one smart little girl that adorable her foster family and all the other big dogs (several German Shepherds are her mentors and big sisters) and many foster cats are present as well in the home.
