Story
Henry (7.5 yrs) is an older boy who absolutely loves his people to the ends of the earth and will go anywhere with them! He likes playing with dogs his size or smaller. Sometimes his Heeler comes out when it comes to dogs larger than him and he tends to get sassy with them. Henry loves all sorts of toys but not so much sharing them. Bones are his favorite. He has a great recall. Would ride in a car all day long. Henry does not enjoy being left alone; he wants to snuggle! He walks well on a leash & does great with kids. Can be a bit protective of his people when it comes to strangers but warms up quickly. He also makes goofy little snorting noises when he is excited. He is such a warm & loving companion! www.marshmallowfoundation.org

Story
Hi there! I'm Benji, a young adult dog with lots of love to give. I am a very good boy who is friendly, affectionate, loyal, playful, smart, funny, and athletic. I love to run around and play fetch. I'm very good at it too! I am a herding breed, which means I need someone with breed experience who realizes that I need lots of exercise and mental stimulation. I am very smart and trained easily with consistency and positive reinforcement. I can be good with other dogs but our personalities need to match and of course, we need proper introductions. I would be the perfect companion for someone who is active and likes to spend lots of time outdoors. Maybe you could be the one to give me a forever home?
