Location: Spirit Lake, IA Hi, my name is Laurel but my foster mom calls me Lolo- a pint sized ball of energy. I love to run around my yard with my fur friends and splash in the pool! I like dogs that are my size or bigger and it does take me a few days to warm up to them. I do well in my kennel or left out in a room for a few hours. I love my toys but I do tend to want them for myself so I'm learning to share. I sleep in my fosters room at night and do a great job all night. I am such a sweetheart and I love my humans! I'm still learning some manners but I've been doing great so far. I would love to join your family and find my furever home! ---------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. Story
Location: Lynd, MN Hi, I'm Biscotti (or Scotti as my foster mom calls me)! I've been told I'm a lover and just the best girl. I'm potty trained AND do phenomenal in the kennel, as long as I get a snacky snack to go in there. I would do best with another friend and/or an active person or family as I LOVE to play. I do play a little rough some times, so would need a friend that is good with that. If there is a dog-savvy cat in the house, I have been gentle with them, but definitely want to play. However, I am not a fan of outside cats that like to run away. I'm working on basic commands currently and do well on a leash when I am wearing a no-pull harness! I can be reactive and loud when other dogs are around, but I just need slow introductions to new animals and consistent training. I'm a small girl, but know I can fill a big part of your heart! Apply for me today! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Meet little Bramble!! This little girl is such a cutie. She is a blend of Australian Shepherd x Australian Heeler. She is probably one of the sweetest little deaf girls we have had. Don't let her deafness fool you, she is wicked smart, loves her people and want to be with them. Bramble gets along with other dogs, is crate trained, and almost completely house trained. A fenced yard is preferred, solely because she is deaf and this is merely for her safety. Bramble is looking for a home that will be able to communicate with hand gestures and will give her the direction she needs. Often times deaf dogs will bond very tight to their people or other family pets and they will utilize them as their ears. Don't let this detour you from looking at her, she really is a little gem!! Bramble came into rescue through transfer from another facility where she came in as a stray. Bramble is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm, and is microchipped. Bramble is available adoption. Fine Print: All dogs of NWMNAR are screened at the headquarters in Ada, Mn until they are vetted. They are then transferred to foster homes throughout MN and some into ND so they can get used to lifestyles with a family in a home. Adoption fee for an adult dog is $300 + Mn tax. Adoption fee for a dog over 3 years of age is $300 + Mn tax., pup/dog1 year to 3 years is $400 + Mn tax. Under 1 year of age $500 + Mn tax. Free adoption applications can be found on our website at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/NMA/Dog. Because NWMNAR is not a public shelter, meet and greets do not take place until an application has been approved and a home visit has been completed in person or virtually. Meet and greets will take place in a public setting along with the adoption if compatible. Dogs can be met in Ada, MN weekday and weekends, or in our alternate office location in Maple Grove, MN on weekends only. Once we receive your submission, our application review team will be in touch with you. Please have patience while they look over your application.

Story
Hi! My name is Dally but you can call me handsome, or good looking, or baby boy I am just happy to be called anything from people! I have been with my foster family for a little while now and all I ever hear them call me is “good boy”. In the short time that I have been with my foster family I have learned so many things! Like that I LOVE small humans, I have heard them called kids. I also love other dogs and have done well with cats! I have learned a few manners like sit, up, down and come Dally (well okay most the time I remember this one!). I have dogs in my foster home now and I love to play with them. My foster mom says that I adapt to their attitudes really well. If they want to play I am all in and if they just want to hang around and be lazy I am happy to just snuggle with them and keep warm! One of my favorite things about being in rescue is the access to all the bones and toys a good boy like me could ask for! I am great at sharing them with the other dogs in the house as well. My ABSOLUTE favorite thing about being in rescue is know that I will always have a full belly and treats to munch on! My foster mom says this makes it easier to teach me new tricks! I am house trained AND trusted to not be in a kennel when my foster family leaves for the day. They did try out the kennel when I first arrived and I just wasn’t feeling it. I would sing the Blues until someone came home. So now I am left out most of the time and I do okay when I can just watch out the window waiting for them to come back! See I told you I was a good boy! The only thing that my foster mom would say I need to work on is staying in the yard. She puts me on a tie out to keep me safe but I would do well with a 6 foot fenced in yard so I could roam free while still being safe!  I do really well with the tie out though and have become the master at untangling myself! I would really love to find a family of my own! So if you are looking for a smart, affectionate, playful pup I’m your boy! Correction… GOOD boy! If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please submit an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about The Rescue Crew adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our Adoption Process page on our official website.  All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. ##2213868##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.     Winnie is a playful, energetic, young cattle dog/husky mix who is approx just over a year old. She was found in the middle of the road on a stormy day, frantically pacing back and forth, soaking wet and covered in ticks. After many people reported seeing her and no one coming forward to claim her for weeks, Winnie was lured to a live trap with lots of good treats so she could be brought safely inside! Young lady Winnie has a lot of energy and curiosity! She loves to play fetch, go for car rides, dog kibble and hanging out with her dog friends. Winnie currently is fostered on a farm with dogs, cats, cows, horses and chickens. She occasionally wants to chase the cats and chickens, but overall does well everyone. She's a little nervous about new people at first, but warms up quickly. She will do best in a home with older kids or adults that will respect her boundaries and that can be patient with her as she will need to continue some basic training. Winnie does have some separation anxiety (which is understandable with what she went through!) but still kennels pretty well. She will always greet you with a very excited howl when you arrive back home! Winnie is a smart girl and with her food motivation and complete loyalty to her people once she's comfortable, she will make a great companion! Winnie is currently fostered in Becker, MN. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.     This is Divine (1yo, 30lb) and she lives up to her name! She's a Bluetick/Beagle/Cattle Dog mix (we think) who is a total sweetheart & love bug. Divine loves going out and about with her people. She loves nature walks, going out to fancy dinners, and running around the park with her pup pals! We think Divine would be the perfect addition to a home with another dog (or two!), older kids who want a buddy to play with and train, and an active family who can give her all the socialization and mental & physical stimulation she needs to thrive!  Divine is crate & potty trained, knows basic commands, learning threshold boundaries, and is very eager to learn more!  She is still learning "off" because she is very excited to experience the world around her. She does have a nose for adventure - she may take extra time to learn recall. For this reason we encourage a long-lead or fenced yard to train! She is still learning how to walk on a leash, but is making progress with every walk. Divine is still learning to love car rides, she just asks that she doesn't eat before going for a cruise!  She’s loving and affectionate, and outgoing to everyone she meets. Divine is happy to curl up on your lap for a cuddle after a good play session with her doggie friends. She’s good with other dogs, good with kids, and has been non-reactive to cats. Divine is the perfect combination of playful and cuddly, and will make an amazing family dog! Interested in adopting? Please complete an interest form on our website   here  . Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Location: St Paul, MN Ava is a petite, energetic, and loving girl. She is crate trained and potty trained. She could use some leash training to reduce pulling, but otherwise loves walks and meeting new friends at the dog park. She definitely has herding breed energy and wants to please, so she needs to go to a home that would give her daily exercise. I can easily picture her being one of those border collies doing tricks with a frisbee! She’s very smart and would love a job, so she would be great with one-on-one training and stimulation, if an adopter out there is looking for that in a dog. All that being said, her world stops when you pet her and give her love. I think she would hug me back if she could:) She loves her humans and will be a very loyal companion. She’s great with our dogs, but has a hard time NOT focusing on our cats. We have not witnessed a chase, but she could stare at them and stalk all day if we weren’t there to deter her, so it would probably be best for all if she was in a kitty-free home. She loves anyone she meets, but has a tendency for some non-aggressive herding nips. I think a home with kids is fine for her, but just to be aware of that risk or be ready to train her out of it. Ava has been a very easy foster for us, and we can’t wait to find her perfect match! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
