Story
Kash is a 60 lb unaltered male heeler. He lived across the street from me and when the owners moved, they left him,so he ended up staying with me. My house and yard are too small for an active heeler. He gets along with my dog, and desperatelywants to please. He will chase the cats if they run, but will stop if you correct him. He would love to follow a pack, he does whatever my dog does. He gets very excited and will jump on you, he loves attention and car rides.

Story
Roxie is a spunky little heeler with a big personality. We fostered her a year and a half ago through the ARL and were so charmed we decided to keep her. She is smart, playful, affectionate, and energetic. She follows basic commands very well. She loves playing with balls, especially the mini squeaky tennis balls that she will throw in the air and chase. She loves going on walks and being right next to her humans the whole time. She loves to cuddle, and if she were allowed on our furniture she would choose to lay with us while we watch tv. Unfortunately, because of our busy schedules and two other dogs, Roxie does not get the attention and mental stimulation she needs. She also plays too rough with other dogs sometimes, and can be territorial, which has led to some tension with one of our other dogs. It's a difficult decision, but we feel she would do better in a home with no other dogs and with an outdoorsy owner who can give her lots of attention and activity.
