Joe Kitty Local is in Rhode Island and looking for his furever home! Seven year old orange tabby Joe is looking for a forever family that will shower him with all of the love he deserves. Could that be you? All kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all age appropriate vetting. The adoption donation for our kittens is $250 which is fully refundable should the kitten not be the right fit for you within the first week of adoption. We do not have a cat application form set up, so please fill out our current general application and note the cat/kitten's name in the "interested in" column so we know who you are applying for. Thomas is a chunky, loving, adorable tabby cat whom I am absolutely heartbroken to part ways with. He is a very sweet and gentle cat who loves to snuggle. He was declawed by his previous owners, so he cannot do much in terms of defense or clawing your couch. He loves to be next to his owner all the time and adores head scratches and belly rubs.

I was rescued from the outside. Cold, alone and hungry. Every day is a new day for me. I am still hesitent and shy. Shelter staff did not want to release me back outside; they felt that I deserved the opportunity to find a home and family. I am about 8 to 10 months old. A home with another feline to be my mentor will be comforting. Time and patience would be gifts for me.
