we adopted her as a stray back in october, she is 5 months now. very playful, has her first round of dewormer and distresser vaccines. unfortunately we cant keep her too long because of everyone’s busy schedules. if looking to get her spayed, i highly recommend the nutmeg clinic in stratford ct. definitely needs a lot of attention so if anyone is just looking to fill the silence in their home, she’s a good fit. ** will supply her food

They are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever! Octavia - this 8-10 wk old angel is one of our rescues favs for SOOO many reasons. First, she was seen being thrown out of a moving car on a highway and thankfully someone stopped - her leg was injured but luckily nothing life altering. Despite the fact someone did that she LOVES ALL PEOPLE UNCONDITIONALLY - sweetest of the sweet. Loves kids dogs cats EVERYONE. Doesn't get any better than this cutie! Tweety and Bertha - these twin 8-9 yr old sisters are cute as can be! Spayed happy healthy and just what the doctor ordered when it comes for love n' snuggles. They are way tinier than photos appear but their personalities are WAY bigger - friendly happy and just adorable! Too small to be solo cat in the home btw These babies were all fostered in a wonderful home after they were abandoned in KY at a high kill shelter and then cared for by our incredible NY and KY foster teams! They are all friendly and fun and great for any family - they seem fine with kids and should be fine with other gentle cats and with a gentle dog. They are incredibly affectionate, super snuggly, and simply the most purrfect kitties! Again ALL of these babies are TOO SMALL to go solo so u must have another young cat in the home or adopt in pairs. All kittens no matter what age, do not grow up with the best behaviors without another cat to help them esp during their tween months. Bob is our bouncy baby boy! Precious sweet and SOOO smart! Older kittens, Momma and Young Adult cats make some of our best therapy snuggle buddies. They tend to think of their humans as an extended part of their mothering duties and these beauties are all incredible. Gorgeous supermodels but with hearts of gold. Let's talk about them individually: Bob and his buds Nash and Pookie - these 3-5m old blue mixes are so plush n' snuggly cuddly that no wonder everyone who meets them falls in love instantly! They are friendly funny and fun - the best of all worlds - besides being handsome and great with people and pets of all ages. Maya and Missy - these twin sisters are 2yr old angels made for cuddles n' kisses. They love to be held, snuggled 24/7 and even give kisses. Our fav is that they do walking head boops - they just cannot stop their happiness and u will find they are both going to be your joy too! Can be separated or can go together! Missy loves to head boop and is great for all families - cat experienced or not. Mittens - this 18-24m tummy rubbin' snuggle puss is EXCEPTIONAL in every way. Not only is he an epic lover, but he is just the friendliest goofiest funniest boy around. LOVES dogs LOVES kids LOVES other cats. He is the best of the best and any family adopting will know they hit the jackpot!! Possible therapy cat for the right family too! Pablo - 6 m old Tuxie Van mix - boy oh' boy do we love this boy! His brother is already adopted as a therapy cat and is SHINING and we know he will do the same. Friendly happy cat dog with no 'tude except love! Meet Lucy is a baby LOVER! She will make u the luckiest BFF!! Fall is here in NY so we need to get our fosters OUT and into homes here! Our bells and beaus are excited and ready to love love love you! So many amazing cuddly happy friendly and just awesome adults and babies! Lets chat about them... Lucy - 5-7m old Lucy is such a gem and SOOO tiny for her age - kitten sized for life! She can be shy at first, but when she warms up, she has the sweetest LOUDEST purr ever. She adores chinny rubs and tummy time and btw is a SUPER MODEL who will grow up to be truly stunning. An angel :) Dash and Flash - 12 wk old twins! what's better than one sweetheart - 2 of course! these guys are SUPER social SUPER snuggly! They love tummy rubs and purr non stop - very very gentle and soooo soft! 2 of our favs who will make u smile 24/7 - they are still not fixed as our clinic is jammed but ready to go! Great with kids and all other pets too! Speedy Wiggles - 7m old SPECTACULAR Speedy is truly a rare gem. She did have a bit of a dramatic background - escaped her owner and ended up being rescued out of a TREE and then owner didn't want her anymore for no reason - She is gorgeous sweet snuggly and on deck to be spayed (clinic is full at this time) - she does love to be a solo cat so we are saying no other pets at this time as she needs time to decompress - GENTLE LOVER Kiki, Anna, Georgia, Charlotte and bro George Anthony - these 14wk silver dreams are each chonky love muffins who are friendly fun and soooo playful. They are old enough to go solo but do love the company of each other or other young cats so we prefer them to not be solo... This sweet boy came to us when one of our TNR volunteers was contacted by a concerned neighbor who noticed Mickey outside his window every night. It turns out that Mickey's owner decided he didn't want him anymore and put him outside during which time Mickey severely injured one of his paws. Our volunteer took Mickey to the vet to find that he had a fractured toe that had become infected. The diagnosis was that the toe had to be removed. Mickey is recovering well and ready for his forever home. He is a quiet kitty, a bit shy until he gets to know you, but just wants to be loved. He is also seems to be good with other cats. Mickey is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & ready for his furever home!

I am a purrfect combination of playful and cuddly, so you’re in for a lot of fun and warm and fuzzy hangs. I’m a passionate people-person, but not really into other cats. I was abandoned when I was little and in pretty rough shape when I came to PAWS. It’s been such a loving and safe environment here that I am doing great. I do have an itchiness issue that’s still affecting me, but it sure doesn’t hold me back. I'm on a prescription diet & medication to help with that. I’m spayed, microchipped, up to date with my vaccinations, and ready to come home with you.

Once it was confirmed that he did not belong to any of the tenants he came to us. We found a microchip & it turns out this guy came all the way from NYC! We were able to speak with his previous adopter who told us he escaped while taking out the trash but they never responded to our calls or emails after that. Bingo is a sweet young kitty who can be a little reserved at first meeting but once he warms up to you he'll be purring & rolling around for pets. He found a best friend in our shelter when Terra was returned. They love to wrestle & play with toys together. He needs a home with another active, playful, young kitty. Bingo is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & waiting with his furever home!
