I'm Lady Laredo, but you can call me Lady for short. I'm so thrilled to share my story with you! I'm a lovely 2-year-old mama who's been on quite the journey recently. Let me tell you all about it!My adventure began in Austin, Texas, where I found myself with a litter of puppies to care for. Life was uncertain, but then something amazing happened - the wonderful folks at C.A.R.E. came to our rescue! They took me and all my precious pups in, giving us a second chance at a happy life. I'm so grateful for their kindness and care.Now, let me tell you a bit more about myself. First and foremost, I'm a sucker for belly rubs - they're absolutely my favorite thing in the whole wide world! There's nothing quite like sprawling out and feeling those gentle scratches on my tummy. It's pure bliss!I'm also a big fan of outdoor adventures. Taking walks is one of my favorite activities - I love exploring new places, sniffing all the interesting scents, and feeling the fresh air ruffle my fur. My foster mom says I'm a star on the leash.But you know what's the perfect way to end a day of exploration? Snuggling up on the couch! I'm a world-class cuddler, and there's nothing I enjoy more than curling up next to my humans for some quality relaxation time.One of the things I'm most proud of is how gentle I am with kids. My foster mom's 2-year-old daughter is one of my absolute favorite people in the world. We've become the best of friends, and I'm always extra careful and loving around her. Given I am an experienced mama I take kids' playtime as an opportunity to rest and watch. My foster mom is always proud of how incredibly gentle I am when greeting her daughter or other kids. Speaking of friends, I'm a social butterfly who wants all the human attention I can get! I have a warm, friendly personality that seems to put everyone at ease.What I'm looking for now is a forever home where I can share all my love and joy. I promise to be your loyal companion, your walking buddy, your cuddle expert, and your constant source of tail wags and doggy smiles. So, what do you say?
