If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at  https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/   Stitch is a 5 month old male Schnauzer who weighs in at 9 pounds.  This pup's adoption fee is $850.  If you are still interested, please read more below. Stitch  and his siblings had a long journey to Illinois with other dogs looking for their furever homes. They came all the way from Missouri and are happy to be out of the van and crate.  Stitch is still a little unsure of people but loves other dogs. He will retreat back to his crate when people approach his area. He will come out to smell you and run back into his crate. He shows all signs of a puppy. He loves to play, eat, and sleep. He and his brother(Lilo) follow each other everywhere. Stitch and Lilo sleep together in a crate at night and when no one is home. He is doing very well with being housetrained. He enjoys running in the backyard and tries his best to wait to go to the bathroom. He does still have some accidents in the house on his pee pad.  This pup is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and neutered.
