Name: Emmy Age: 10 months Breed: sheperd mix Gender: female Weight: 50lbs Good with kids: yes per TX foster Good with dogs: yes Current on vaccinations: yes Fixed: yes Foster location: Wisconsin Rapids Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Adoption fee: $400 Adoption includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Bio: Meet Emmy! She made her way to Wisconsin from Texas, where she was found as a stray. She is a very happy puppy, with a lovable demeanor that makes her happy to be your shadow or partner in anything you do. She's all about being with her people! She was fostered with kids in Texas but due to her size older kids might be best suited for her. She doesn't seem to know how big she is or where her body is going sometimes. So if you are interested in Emmy, be sure you are ready for a BIG dog as she is still growing. She is a very special girl that will need time and patience like most rescued dogs, but she may need a little extra or at least a slight learning curve. Emmy has been diagnosed as deaf and seems to have some vision impairment. She does react to lights and shadows but has the cutest cross eyed gaze there ever once was! She doesn't let either bring her down though, because she is one happy, snuggly pup! She likes dogs, walks, porch swings, toys, pets & snuggles, bubbles and is a huge foodie. She will sit for meal time and tries to be gentle with treats, but is still working on calming her excitement. We look forward to learning more about Emmy, learning from her and being part of her journey to find her happily ever after! Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome.December 6, 2024, 2:12 pm

Story
Meet Brutus, the cuddliest canine that you’ll ever encounter!Brutus is a 2-year-old Rottweiler/Lab mix. This lovable teddy bear of a dog isn’t just adorable; he’s a gentle giant with a heart full of love. Brutus is a very large boy weighing in at 91lbs! Brutus adores people. If you sit with him, he will first demand belly rubs, and then rest his head on your leg and fall asleep.Brutus may be a gentle giant, but emphasis is certainly on the gentle. Brutus is a very well-mannered boy that has a great foundation of basic obedience, but will need continued help from his adoptive family to continue to learn!Brutus is looking for a home where he will be your only pet. No other dogs or kitties please! Selfishly, he would like to keep all of your attention to himself. Brutus may do well in a home with respectful, dog-savvy children! Brutus is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and given a flea and tick preventative as well as a heartworm preventive. If you are looking for a dog with a personality that is just as sweet as his adorable face, Brutus may be the one for you! Story
Chewbacca is ready to be your sidekick! This handsome Rottweiler came in as a local surrender after his guardian went through some life changes which resulted in being unable to care for him. Chewy is a typical puppy, and loves to play with toys and take long walks. He is reportedly crate trained, housebroken, and knows basics like sit and stay. With that he said, he is still a baby and may need a refresher and patience in his new home as he adjusts! He has a delightful personality and enjoys making new friends - human and dog alike!Chewbacca has lived with children of a variety of ages and did well with them. He loves to play with other dogs, and would be best suited for a home with large dogs due to his play style. He has also lived with cats, but does sometimes give into his impulsive desire to chase. He would need a home with confident, dog savvy cats and a guardian willing to manage their interactions. Chewbacca will be neutered prior to adoption, is up to date on core vaccinations, has received dewormer, flea, tick, & heartworm prevention, and he is microchipped! If you have any questions about this handsome fella, please contact us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org or go to https://www.foxvalleypets.org/adoption/adoptable-pets/ to book an appointment to meet him!

Story
Bear has a very gentle temperament and is an extremely sweet and polite boy. Even while others are barking, he will wait patiently and look at you with his big eyes to get your attention. He knows a few basic commands and seems very smart. We believe he would get along well with other dogs but a meet-and-greet with other animals that live in your home would be required. If you are interested in meeting Bear and having your heart stolen, please stop by our shelter during animal visiting hours and meet him.
