Story
Meet Stryker! Age: Senior Breed: Rottweiler Weight: 90 lbs Good with: Dogs House trained: Yes Crate trained: No, but not needed Stryker is THE BEST big boy (90lbs) ever! This gorgeous senior Rottweiler has no health issues other than some normal aging stuff (vision/hips) and was a loved pet for many years. Sadly, his human parents had to go into longterm care so he lost his home and fur companions. While he has not lived with kids in his foster home, he loves his people and it is believed he would do just fine with kids. This pup is truly a “dog’s dog” (has not been cat tested) and would benefit from a home with at least one other dog. He currently lives with multiple dogs of various sizes/energy levels and he enjoys them all. Stryker is a chill pup with lots of pep in his step. He loves taking walks and enjoying time roaming the yard in his foster home or lounging on the porch. A fenced in yard is not a requirement but he does enjoy exploring. He also has great house manners, being both housebroken and being able to be left free roam when his foster is out. Stryker is not a barker but makes noises when he wants your attention and is a smart pup who knows basic commands. Stryker loves affection and is a fan of mealtime/treats. Stryker would make a wonderful addition to a family - he just wants to find a safe place to call home for his sunset years. Does he sound like a good fit for you? **Stryker is located in the Chicago suburbs and also spends time in Delavan, WI Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Say hello to beautiful Bella! She is a gorgeous girl who is looking for her forever home. Bella is a bundle of energy with a strong sense of adventure. She loves to be on the move and engage with her surroundings – whether it’s chasing after toys or exploring new spaces. Bella is ready for action and will keep you on your toes! She cannot go to a home with cats or small dogs. She’s incredibly affectionate with her humans. Bella thrives in an environment where she can feel safe and secure. Due to her nervousness around unfamiliar dogs, she’ll need slow and positive introductions to other pets. If you`re looking for a dog who’s as energetic as she is loving, Bella could be your perfect match! Ready to take Bella home and give her the life she deserves? She’s waiting to meet you!I am eligible for a goodpup scholarship! ask your counselor about options for training!Medical History: Bella appears to be a healthy adult, but it is always a good idea to introduce me to my new veterinarian when you take me home, so I can meet the doctor who will help you keep me healthy and strong!Weight: 72 lbsAdoption fee: $375 plus tax

Story
Meet Lenny! Lenny is a goofy boy who loves his people and loves a good game of fetch. Lenny lives up to his Rottweiler tendencies so he would do best with a home that has done research on the breed. Lenny knows ‘sit’ and ‘down’. Lenny does have some quirks which can be discussed with potential adopters. Lenny’s preferred home would be with kids older than 13+ and can respect his boundaries. Lenny is still awaiting a foster or forever home, so his housetrained skills are unknown. Adoption fee: $550All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations.
