Do you love Rottweilers? Do you love a good walking partner? Do you love giving ear scratches or belly rubs? Then you might be a fit for me, Sadie Lou Who. I`m around 55 lbs, and a medium to high energy girl that loves play time and long walks! I do get excited when I play, so I prefer children over the age of 10 and no cats in my home. I can be dog selective, but that`s only because I want the perfect playmate, so I just need a proper introduction, then we are off to play! I`ve got the best butt wiggles when I`m excited and I am very treat motivated!I`m looking for the right family to take me home and love me, but eager to learn some new tricks! You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about her on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet Sadie Lou Who today!!Adoption fee: $500All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. Hello! I`m a big goofy guy who is extremely food-motivated. I would prefer a home with no cats, and no small kids as I can be quite the lap dog at a whopping 80lbs! I`ve had good dog interactions but would need proper testing with any pup you may have! My preferred home is someone with working breed experience as I live up to the rottweiler breed standard. Story
Meet Lenny! Lenny is a goofy boy who loves his people and loves a good game of fetch. Lenny lives up to his Rottweiler tendencies so he would do best with a home that has done research on the breed. Lenny knows ‘sit’ and ‘down’. Lenny does have some quirks which can be discussed with potential adopters. Lenny’s preferred home would be with kids older than 13+ and can respect his boundaries. Lenny is still awaiting a foster or forever home, so his housetrained skills are unknown. Adoption fee: $550All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. Nash is a derpy boy who loves to run. Nash is a puppy in a big dog`s body so training will be key to get him to respect his people. Nash knows ‘sit’ and will sit and wait for his food. Nash would do best in a home with no kids due to a past incident involving food. Nash does well with other dogs. Nash is still awaiting a foster or forever home, so his housetrained skills are unknown. Story
1.5 years old (estimated) Spayed female 67 lbs. No known experience with cats, dogs, or children More information coming soon! The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.December 19, 2024, 3:13 pm

Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!Updated: 11/17/24 Dog Name: Peter Sex: Male Neuter Status: Neutered Estimated Breed Mix: Boxer Mix Approximate Age: 1.5 Years Approximate Weight: 56 lbs Adoption Fee: $350 Description: Peter is a sweet boy who was owned by a family who travels a lot, unfortunately they never came for him, and he was an inside dog. I have a beautiful mixed brown coat with white socks and an off-centered stripe on my face. I don't talk much but I might whine for a bit if you leave and don't take me along, I don't want to be left behind again! I am quite content playing on my own and will play a bit with a squeaky toy or a bone. I will fetch, but I do get bored rather quickly.  I am eager to please and will put myself in a timeout if you tell me I'm naughty for, well, for doing something I guess I shouldn't have done. I take treats nicely and am learning to sit and wait for my meals. I like other dogs but am 50/50 on cats. They are quite interesting. I love to go outside and go for walks. I am always on the lookout for deer. This sweet boy is playful and loves affection! I am searching for my family! Could that be with you?        We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs by 6 months of age. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months of age, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are 6 months to 1 year or age. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days.  at one of our preferred clinics. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs! Updated: 11/24/2024 Dog Name: Trooper (was Griffin when he first arrived in WI) Sex: Male Litter: GJ Litter Estimated Breed Mix: Boxer Mix Approximate DOB: 3/3/24 Approximate Weight: 58 lbs. Neuter Status: Trooper has been neutered Description: Trooper (originally his name was Griffin) first came to Wisconsin as an ~8 week old puppy. He was adopted quickly, but is now being surrendered back to the rescue. His adopter feels that they aren't the right match for each other, as he doesn't seem to enjoy things that she does, like camping.   Trooper loves people, kids, and cats. He is a very playful boy who will even play with the cat! He loves tug-of-war, fetch, and to chase his tail. He's still a puppy, so he's still got puppy energy. At times he can be a couch potato who loves to cuddle too. He's a food motivated boy, which should help his next adopter when continuing his training.  Thus far in his training, he knows sit, down, leave it, off, stay, walk, and heel. He's also housebroken.   The first picture is of him today, the others are of him as a puppy and his parents. Adoption Fee: $350.00We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!Updated: 12/18/2024 Dog Name: Cannoli (formerly Jemma) Sex: Female Litter GJ Estimated Breed Mix: Boxer Mix  Approximate DOB: 3/3/24 Approximate Weight: 45 lbs. Spay Status: She's already been spayed Description: Cannoli is from a litter that was born in Texas (parents are in the photos). She was adopted soon after arriving in Wisconsin at about 2 months old. She lived most of her life so far in a home with 3 other dogs and a cat. She's great with the male dogs and playful with the cat, but hasn't been getting along with the female dog in the home, which is why we are looking to find her a new home.  She enjoys chewing on bones, wrestling her doggo brothers, and cuddling with and getting attention from her humans. She's great with people, but we think she would do best in a home where everyone is 10+ years old.  She knows 'sit,' 'stay,' and 'down.' When going for a walk she will pull a little bit but does well when walking with other dogs. She's potty trained, but will potty a little bit when she gets excited. Cannoli is also used to being crated while her humans are away. Overall she's a sweet girl that would be a great addition to families with older kids, male dogs, and or cats! Could your home be the right one for her? Adoption Fee: $450.00We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time.
