Story
HELLO! My name is Dixon! I am 6 months old and have grown up in the shelter. I came in around 2 months old. All my siblings have been adopted. Because of my history with having to be dominant with my sibling to get resrouces to survive before the shelter took care of us, i am not good with other dogs or cats. I am really smart a loyal though! I'd make the perfect companion for a single person household, or a couple without kids! I really do have lots of love to give i just don't do well with other dogs because i try to assert my Domanic Ance and end up in sticky situations. Patience. training, consistency and love are what I need to thrive! All cats and dogs adopted from the Chequamegon Humane Association are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. Dogs are tested for heartworm. A minimum adoption fee of $175 is required for adult dogs, puppy adoption fees start $250, and dogs over the age of 10 are $85. Adult cat adoption fees are $50, kittens under one year are $120, and cats over the age of 10 are $35.

These pups are in Ashland, Wisconsin too!
