Mowgli shows potential with other dogs, but he can be nervous initially, so a slow introduction is required to ensure a good fit. With patience and understanding, Mowgli will thrive in a home that appreciates his gentle nature. He would do best in a home with kids aged 13 and up who can respect his sensitivity and help him feel secure. She came to us from a hoarding situation, but those days are behind her and she’s ready for the next chapter! Paisley's was a previous mama, but it’s evident by her nurturing nature, especially once she warms up to you. While initially reserved, particularly around men, she quickly becomes a cuddly companion once she feels comfortable. Whether she's by your side exploring or basking in the warmth of the sun, Paisley thrives on companionship and loves to soak up the sunshine. She's already mastered sitting and is eagerly learning to lay down, especially when there are treats involved—her favorite being peanut butter and hot dog pieces. This affectionate gal adores snuggling up in big comforters and revels in belly rubs. Having lived with other dogs, Paisley shows positive interest in equally laid-back companions, particularly males. At around three years old, she's a charming mix of Rott/Pit, and while she prefers a quiet home environment, she still enjoys staying active. A securely fenced yard is a must, as Paisley we think can be a slight escape artist. She would thrive with someone strong and active enough to go on neighborhood strolls though. Meet Shaka, a gentle giant in need of a loving home! Shaka's journey with us began after the loss of his owner, and he's now looking for a fresh start with a caring family. Shaka is a Rottweiler (likely a mix) and extra large! At around 3 years old, Shaka is full of love to give and is eager to find his forever home. Despite being a bit shy and nervous at times, Shaka's sweet demeanor shines through, especially when he's showered with attention. With just a command, he'll happily show off his good boy skills for a tasty treat! Shaka's playful side comes out when he's running around the yard, chasing toys with sheer joy. A fenced-in yard is a must for this energetic fellow - he thrives on the freedom to explore and play to his heart's content. Apartments may not be the best fit for Shaka; he truly needs space to stretch his legs and let his big personality shine! Due to his size, we recommend a home without young children. He is fine with cats, and appears to do well with other dogs. So, if you're looking for a loyal companion who will fill your days with love and laughter, Shaka could be the perfect match for you.
