Likely a Rottweiler and Plott Hound mix, Dennis is about 1–2 years old and has a big heart to match his love for life. His absolute favorite thing? Playing fetch! He’d happily chase toys all day long if he could. Dennis is smart, eager to please, and incredibly loving. With his playful energy and loyal personality, he’s sure to become a cherished companion for someone lucky enough to adopt him. Zeus is coming to us from a rural shelter in eastern Texas. Hours before he was set to be euthanized the shelter reached out to us for help. Of course we couldn’t let this sweet boy die! We are told that he is around 5 years of age and is a super sweet good boy! He weighs currently around 50/60 pounds, and may be a little on the slimmer side of where he should be at. He is dog friendly, we do not know at this time about kids or cats. The transporter said he is in the top 3 dogs she has ever worked with when it comes to him being a love bug. Unfortunately we did learn he is currently Heartworm positive, so we will have to treat that.

Remi is a 1-1.5 year old male Rottweiler that was in a horrible situation. This poor boy had not only an embedded collar but HW and Lyme disease. He lived his life tied to a tree by a chain. He is learning basic obedience training. He is now neutered, treated for HW and lyme and ready for his next chapter. We are working on not jumping up as he is big and goofy and will knock over things. We have seen no food/toy/or human aggression. Because of some experiences Remi’s had in the past he needs a home without any children, other animals, and must have a fenced-in yard.
