Story
Are you a Rottie lover, and looking for your newest best friend? Meet Brock! He is a 4 year-old, 100lb dude looking to find his forever family to grow old with. He loves going for walks and being with his humans. He even knows a trick or two! He is looking to find a family who is able to be home most of the time as he gets really worked up and worried when being left alone for long periods. Typical with this giant breed, he bonds really strongly and is protective of his people. He lived previously with a cat friend, so wouldn't mind having a large-dog-savvy cat friend in his new home! He may not mind having a dog friend either, though has never lived with another dog so might require some slower integrations while everybody gets to know each other.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Name: Honey Bear Age: 2-3 years Breed: Rottweiler Size: Compact Honey Bear is a gentle and laid-back Rottweiler girl with a glossy coat and beautiful markings. Originally from Mesquite, TX, she wandered the neighborhood for a while, but now she's safe and well-cared for—though what she really wants is a loving forever home. This calm and sweet girl is easy-going and loves being close to her human friends. When you walk, she’ll happily walk beside you, and when you sit, she’ll gently rest her head in your lap. Honey Bear is well-behaved, sits for treats (though she doesn’t stay sitting for long), and walks nicely on a leash. She’s non-reactive to other dogs and has a friendly, social nature. Honey Bear is now ready to be the center of attention in her new family. She doesn’t have the temperament to be an outdoor dog—she’ll need a big comfy bed in your living room where she can relax with you. She’s calm, affectionate, and ready to fill your home with love. If you're looking for a sweet, laid-back companion to share quiet moments and gentle walks, Honey Bear is your girl!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Apply on our web site: http://4theloveofdog.org/adopt.html November 7, 2024, 2:48 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Dakota's Long-Awaited Freedom After 267 long days of patiently waiting for her court case to resolve, Dakota, a beautiful and affectionate 2-year-old, 81lb Rottweiler, is finally free and ready to embark on her next adventure—a loving forever home! This sweet girl has endured so much, but her spirit remains unbroken. Dakota is a certified lovebug who adores attention and will happily flop over for belly rubs as soon as you give her some affection. Dakota has a playful side, too—she loves toys and is always up for a treat (of any kind!). Because this clever girl knows her way around food, it's best to secure it when you're away. She’s a pro in her crate and is mostly housebroken, making her transition into a home smoother. While Dakota can be a bit strong on the leash, she’s eager to learn with the right guidance. She’s shown interest in other dogs, and with proper introductions, she may find a new best friend! We’re not sure how Dakota feels about cats yet, so careful introductions are recommended. Dakota’s journey has been long and challenging, but her heart is full of love and hope for a brighter future. Autumn has experience with children, having been around them from babies up. She does well with most dogs but doesn't have any known history with cats. While she can be a bit shy around men, she warms up to women quickly and forms strong bonds once she feels safe. When Autumn first arrived, she was a bit stressed and scared, but with patience and love, she has shown her sweet personality! She enjoys going for walks and runs and does great in the car. While she may not be overly interested in toys just yet, she absolutely loves affection and will shower you with love once she trusts you. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will reward your kindness with endless love, Autumn could be the perfect match for you!
