Meet Lou! 💕💕 He is a sweet 6 month old male rottie mix. His two sister just found their home and now it’s brother’s turn. He had a rough start in life but that doesn't bother him these days. He's a happy, sweet and smart boy. In new situations it takes him a minute to warm up and to be comfortable but it doesn't take long before those adorable nub wiggles and kisses start. He's very food motivated and is eager to please people. He loves napping in your lap and getting butt scratches. We would say he's medium to low energy with a low prey drive. He's kennel trained and potty trained. He is great on leash and loves walks. He is an absolute gentleman when it comes to other animals. He has met and done great with dogs of all sizes and with 2 blind cats that he is very respectful of. He would definitely appreciate another doggy friend to play with. The only thing that has been a small issue is he's a little possessive over his food due to being almost starved to death before he was saved, but he's getting better day by day we still give him his own space when eating. He also loves to chew things he shouldn’t but as long as he has something appropriate or is redirected he has done great about chewing appropriate toys. Like any puppy, this is extremely typical. He would adapt well to most any home situation. Please only apply if you’re committed to having, training and caring for Lou through puppyhood and for the rest of his life. You’ll be the lucky one! Max is a rambunctious 6 year old. He has a lot of energy but also loves to lay on his favorite chair. He is never not smiling and will bounce up and down when excited. He makes my skiddish cat and 13 year old lab feel completely comfortable. He would be a great addition to anyone's home. He loves all people and is great with kids. He makes the cutest Elvis lip snear when being pet. His only issues are dry skin around his nose that can be well maintained with moisturizer.

I got him on deployment as a puppy and we lived in Alabama where he had a yard. He was able to run around and be a dog and bark as people walked by as dogs do. We have since been relocated to Las Vegas where that is just not possible and I don’t have the time to walk him everyday sadly. He knows basic commands such as sit, wait, paw and will occasionally lay down (that was the last we worked on). His birthday is July 17, 2023 so he is almost 2. He hasn’t had much socialization since we got moved out here in March 2024 and I got him in November of 2023.
