This is Rory! She is a 6 month old Rottweiler Mix. She has the typical sweet Rottie Personality. Loves People, gets along well with dogs with proper introduction. She loves kids and loves to be the center of attention. Just happy to be anywhere you are! Plays well and snuggling is her favorite pastime. We are working on crate training but she is doing great! Our pets are "New Home Ready", meaning adopted animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated including rabies and have a microchip. These services are all included in our adoption fee.NFASI is open Monday through Saturday 10am-5pm and hold adoption events periodically around the Pahrump area. Please call to confirm the pet you are interested in is still available (775) 537-8674 and onsite (or we can make arrangements for their Foster Parent to bring them in).Foster homes & volunteers are always needed please contact us regarding how you can foster or volunteer for our organization.

Apollo is a 1 year old energetic baby. He is so kind and sweet and a big cuddler. He loves to follow you around and just be in your presence. Hes amazing with kids and loves people and other dogs. All he wnts to do is play all day long and cuddle to sleep with you after! I want someone who has more time for Apollo to take him to see new places and things and love him and all his energy!

Story
I got Ruger from the humane society 10/18/24. They said he was microchipped and a stray and 8. But he seems 5 or 6. He knows how to sit lay down shake go away go to bed and stay. He's getting better using a lead leash and is pulling less but he still pulls. He is 85 pounds and strong. He is a great guard dog! Unfortunately he has tried to bite a few friends who he does not know when they are petting him. I would not have him around kids. He got used to my little dog who is 11 lb. He's a very good dog he's just a little bit too much for me and I don't want him biting anyone. He hasn't tried to bite me in about 5 weeks. But even when I would pet him too long or pet him if he was laying down sleeping He would growl at me and let me know he does not want to be pet. But now he is very affectionate and loves kisses and hugs from me. I am able to get on the floor with him and play with him. I'm working with a trainer to get him to not but people that are petting him for more than 2 minutes.
