She's incredibly smart, which shines through in her playful antics and loyal demeanor. Willow thrives in a quiet home environment where she can enjoy her own space and time and would do well with a mature adult person or couple and no young children. She gets along well with cats, but can be selective with her canine companions so being an only dog is an option. Willow is eager to be part of a family again and have her own home, and she is a good watchdog who will alert you if a stranger comes to your home.. Willow lived her first few years with a retired couple and slept in their bed with them. Sadly her daddy became ill and they had to rehome her. Despite her independent spirit, Willow still loves to engage in walks on her leash and other fun activities and to show her affectionate side to those she trusts. She will spend her day on your lap watching tv ( she is housebroken) and knows how to use a dog door to let herself outside to potty, lay in the sun or play in the water in her kiddie pool. She would make an ideal companion for those seeking a loyal and playful friend. Max is a rambunctious 6 year old. He has a lot of energy but also loves to lay on his favorite chair. He is never not smiling and will bounce up and down when excited. He makes my skiddish cat and 13 year old lab feel completely comfortable. He would be a great addition to anyone's home. He loves all people and is great with kids. He makes the cutest Elvis lip snear when being pet. His only issues are dry skin around his nose that can be well maintained with moisturizer.

DUCKY IS in FOSTER NEAR HESPERIA CA She is a very sweet WHITE Boxer girl who weighs about 40-45 pounds. We rescued her from a high kill shelter, where she came in as a stray and soon gave birth to a litter of adorable brindle & fawn puppies. DUCKY is good with the Aussies in her foster home and has been great with other little dogs and with cats, rides great in a car and although very playful, she is gentle and well behaved. Ducky had a rough go of it having her babies in a cold shelter and she is a little thin and weary, eating plenty of good food and gaining needed weight. Pups have been weaned, are fat and healthy and have been adopted. Mommy is so so so sweet and gentle and would make an awesome pet to anyone. Her blankets are neat and clean and she is not destructive. Enjoys walking on leash and adores company and attention. A24663 Tigger is a brown and black colored, approximately 2-year-old, 54-pound, neutered male, Doberman Pinscher / English Coonhound mix. He entered the shelter as a stray on 01-02-2025 and was altered by our medical staff. Tigger is a friendly, excited, easy to handle boy here at the shelter. Our staff describes him as a happy bouncy boy. He is excited to leave the kennel and go for a walk. He was easy to leash but needs leash training as he pulls and is all over the place when out for a walk. He has had some training and will “sit” and “shake” upon command. He will need an owner who can handle his energy and give him training. Some dogs he walks by their kennel with a happy tail wag and others his hackles are up, so a meet and greet is suggested if you have another dog in the home. Tigger will be a fun-loving companion in his new forever home.
