This handsome guy can't wait to find his new family. Tyrus is a 1.5-year-old mixed breed boy weighing 52 pounds. We are guessing there is some Rottweiler and Weimaraner* in the mix but who really knows. He has a uniquely beautiful coat. He is dog friendly. If you have another dog in the home, we require a meet and greet to be sure the fit is right. We recommend no cats for this guy. Tyrus would love to have a new home with a fenced yard so he can run and play safely. He's a good walking partner. and he loves to play. He jumps in the toy chest and chooses his favorite toys/balls. He's good at fetch! You can meet Tyrus on Saturdays from 10-2 at Dogs Forever, 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids. Lincoln is a bernese mountain dog mix. He will be 3 years old in July. Lincoln loves to play with both people and other dogs. He is very friendly and he loves to go on walks and run. His favorite thing to do is sit on your lap. He is around 50 lbs so it makes it difficult sometimes. He has a very thick coat of fur, so he makes a great companion on cold nights. He only sheds for a couple of weeks during the spring and it can be brushed out easily if you have the patience because there is a lot. He is very easy to take care of. He is both crate trained and house trained. He can stay out of his kennel for long periods of time as long as there is no trash or food that he can get. He is a very good dog that would thrive with lots of love and affection.
