He is an energetic dog, but is also smart, so he is eager to learn. He has been learning sit and stay which has been helping him contain his energy BRUCE is house trained, kennel trained, and treat-motivated to learn more. We have observed that BRUCE may be frightened of children so slow introductions are a must. BRUCE would love to be your “scary” rottweiler love ball and become a fun part of your day to day. MEET PADAMAY! Paddy is a stunning Boxer Blend that is ready for her “furever” home. At 2 years old and 75 pounds, she's not just a lap dog; she's a cuddle bug extraordinaire. She has previously resided with a Rottweiler foster sister and 4 other boxer x siblings. Paddy is a sweetheart who adores companionship. Sensitive to loud noises, Paddy isn't a fan of fireworks, gunshots, or other loud sounds. However, she's crate trained and finds solace there during such times. It's important to give her about a 3 weeks to decompress in her new environment, and introductions to new animals should be done gradually. Paddy thrives best with the company of a large, mellow dog. Marian is a 1-year-old black and white pittie mix with a zest for life and a heart full of love! 💖 Whether it’s long walks on the beach, hiking, or just splashing around in the sprinkler, Marian is ready to be your partner in all things fun and adventurous! Marian is an incredibly good girl who gets along wonderfully with kids, cats, dogs, and even chickens! She loves watching the chickens throughout the day and being gentle with everyone around her. Marian is quiet and peaceful, enjoying tranquility but also loving playtime, especially with kids. Her foster family says she’s a darling, looking for her forever family to share love and joy with. Marian dreams of a family with kids who want to play and a yard where she can run and explore. She enjoys pack walks with her seven foster mates and does great with leash greetings in the yard. Marian is working on her crate training and loves to tuck herself into her crate with her toys or curl up for a rest. She gets along famously with all the dogs in her foster home, especially the Chihuahua! While she needs a bit of leash work, Marian corrects easily and loves learning new things. When it comes to cats, Marian had a little interest in our resident cat at first, but once he jumped up into the cat tree, she let it go. At home, she has no interest in the cats and even gets bullied by a new one without reacting. 🐾 Marian is still a young pup, so she needs a family ready to commit to training, socialization, and all the fun (and chaos) that comes with puppyhood. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. Marian is a quick learner eager to master new skills every day. Her intelligence and willingness to please make her a joy to train. Meet Rio, a pocket sized boxer mix that is attentive and loyal to people. Rio is a well-behaved dog who walks beautifully on a leash, needing only minimal corrections. He’s people-focused, often checking in with his handler during walks and around other dogs. He would love to go on hiking adventures or walks around the neighborhood. Rio could live in apartment due to his smart size and leash skills. But a home with a yard to roam in would be enjoyable for him too! Rio is gentle and relaxed, accepting touch with ease and even allowing himself to be picked up and carried without fuss. He does well with a quick verbal correction and shows no signs of resource guarding affection. While he gets along fine with cats when they’re on the ground, he may chase them if they jump onto high surfaces, so a cat-free home would be ideal. Rio is best suited for a home with a medium to low-energy dog or with a family where he can enjoy being both independent and affectionate.
