Story
This dog is one happy dude! and she is a big lover. She is a total goofball - for a while she had an emotional support broom. She has tons of energy but also had a handle on when to chill. Her love language is play. She's a velcro dog, she's happiest when she's with you. She has a basic diet. She won't get more than 40 pounds. One of my cats has adjusted well to Pacey and the other... Well, he doesn't like to talk about it. This is the reason why we're asking someone to take Pacey where she and other animals won't be stressed or limited in their environment. I sing a good morning song to her every day and she loves it. One time we were still laying in bed and she laid her head on my shoulder and looked up at me while I sang 😭

Story
Rosco is the cutest thing! He has been in one home since a small puppy but was surrendered due to housing issues with his owner. Rosco loves toys, kids, & is described as simply a big loving goofball who loves toys and wants a loving home. Why start over with a puppy who needs to be house trained & taught not to chew? Rosco has great manners, knows many commands, & walks on a leash perfectly. His former owner says that he got along with small & medium dogs fine but unfortunately, we haven't been able to duplicate that reaction here. If you want to hit the "easy button when adopting, Rosco is your man!

Story
Meet SWEET OLIVE !! If you have ever wanted a versatile pup, she is the pup for you! Currently in a foster home w 5 dogs, ranging from small ( 9lbs) to big (90lbs). Olive is SUPER affectionate , she is eager to please and listens to your instruction, she has basic obedience skills, and a joyful, innocent demeanor that will surely win hearts wherever she goes. Olive melts down submissively when meeting new people. She is an innocent soul, and acts genuinely happy to be with you, whether it’s relaxing on the couch or going out for a stroll . See her personality here: https://youtu.be/T68LAIEClJQ?si=Uo3HI-JqewdOQqFv Olive is estimated to be about three-years-old, she weighs 57 lbs. We believe she may be a shepherd/Lab mix but with rescue it is always a guess. No matter her breed or her history, this girl is a great companion and a beautiful friend. She has a gorgeous, soft coat, attentive eyes, and the happiest tail to prove how happy she is. She loves to jump up onto the couch and sit with you. She comes when called and she is social with people, not avoidant at all. No need to wrestle w her to get in the car , she loads up into the car on her own and kennels up into a crate easily with just a little help but is SUPER quiet in kennel, she sleeps through the night . This girl loves a good playtime with a canine companion and her stamina shows when a good game of chase ensues. She isn’t afraid to let loose. She’s also very forgiving with other dogs jumping around and jumping on her playfully. She fits in with other dogs easily and goes with the flow of playtime. One thing that sets Olive apart is her incredible rapport with kids. She has a gentle demeanor and is absolutely at ease in the company of the noise and chaos that kids typically create. Whether it's playing tag or cuddling up for storytime, Olive's demeanor and patient nature make her a great companion for children of all ages ! You can watch Olive’s cat test in the video to decide for yourself if she’s too curious. Its possible she has never been around a cat which creates a natural curiosity, we think she would be best suited for a cat-free home. Olive is one great dog- loyal, loving, and one who loves a good snuggle just as much as a good adventure. She can't wait to explore the world from the end of your leash. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport.
