Story
Margot, a loving 2-year-old Rottweiler mix, is ready to bring joy and light into her forever home. She seeks a compassionate individual who will make her the center of their life. After 8 months of growth with her trainer, Margot is now ready to blossom with the perfect person. She is potty trained, crate trained, and showcases impressive skills in basic obedience, with ongoing refinement of her leash walking and off-leash recall. Though initially shy, Margot quickly opens up, craving attention and connection. She has a preference for women but also embraces men with warmth. As a happy-go-lucky dog, Margot thrives in a single-dog household, yet she delights in playdates with her friends. Her ultimate forever home is to be the cherished focal point, nestled in a semi-active home where cuddles on the couch are plentiful. Margot is suitable for a novice owner who is willing to learn and grow with her. Prior dog experience is preferred but she is flexible and ready for her new family.

Story
Introducing Miss Andi.  Just look at that face! Who doesn't need that in their life? Andi came to us from New Mexcio and will win your heart the minute you meet her.  She is about 4 months old and has never met a stranger. She's very smart, extremely food motivated and a real snuggle bug.  Miss Andi has learned to use the doggie door in her foster home and does well in the kennel at night. She's your typical playful puppy, currently obsessed with pinecones and stuffies. Andi would love to have another tolerant dog in her forever home, be that to play tag in the backyard or to snuggle with on a soft dog bed.  She has all her age appropriate vaccinations, is spayed, microchipped and ready for her new home.  Her foster mom may not be ready, but that's a different story... ##2247762##

Story
Meet Coco, a resilient and loving 9-year-old Rottweiler with a heart as big as her spirit. Despite living with Masticatory Muscle Myositis, an immune system disorder that affects her jaw muscles, Coco remains a joyful and athletic companion. This condition means she can’t open her mouth all the way, so she’s on a special home-cooked diet rich in meat and eggs to keep her strength up and takes a daily pill to manage her condition. Coco adores her walks and can be a bit of a puller on the leash if she spots another dog, but she’s always great with people. She’s super athletic and enjoys her time outdoors. Although she can’t play with toys or chew on treats due to her condition, she loves liquid treats and is happy and content in the car. A total sweetheart with a loving demeanor, Coco is also fine being left alone for periods. She’s looking for a compassionate home where she can continue to thrive and enjoy her walks, special meals, and the affection she so generously gives. If you’re ready to provide a warm and understanding environment, Coco will repay you with endless love and loyalty.

Story
Meet Lily, a 9-year-old Rottweiler with a heart full of love and a strong protective instinct. Lily is a loyal and affectionate girl who thrives on attention from her human family. She’s great with people, making her a loving and devoted companion. While Lily is very dog-aggressive and needs to be the only dog in the home, she gets along well with cats. Her protective nature means she takes her role as a family guardian seriously, ensuring her loved ones feel safe and cherished. Lily has some dietary needs due to urinary issues, requiring food with a pH under 6. She’s on a special diet of Royal Canin SO mixed with Farmer’s Dog human-grade food to manage her condition effectively. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal dog who will be devoted to you and your family, and you can provide a home without other dogs, Lily is ready to offer her affection and protection in return.

Story
A litter of seven young puppies were being sold by an unhoused person on the streets of San Antonio when an angel stepped up to purchase all of The Seven and ensure they were adopted out through a reputable rescue who would also ensure they went to the best furever homes. Nothing is known about Mum or Dad- four girls and one boy are black with tan to rich brown markings making them look more Rottie, and one boy and girl are tan and look like Yellow Labrador Retrievers. One of the siblings DNA test showed: 41% Rottweiler, 24% Australian Cattle Dog, 9% American Staffordshire Terrier, 7% American Pit Bull Terrier, 7% German Shepherd Dog. Ducky is not shy or afraid of anything- her foster thinks she'd take on a Mountain Lion! The Seven have received their 1 year Rabies, Bordetella and 2nd DAPP (3rd due by 11/3/2024). Ducky weighed in at 18.25 pounds on 10/2/2024. The Seven arrived in Colorado 10/17, are being fostered in Highlands Ranch, and are available for adoption today! ##2216263##

Story
Meet Zeus! This 1 year old goofball is more than ready to find his forever humans. Zeus was relinquished by his original owners in Kansas for being large (knocking someone over) and harassing a cat (no cats allowed with this guy). Zeus has been spending a few weeks in a board and train program and is mastering crate training and boundaries. Zeus loves other dogs and all people. He has lived with children in the past but he is a big guy so older kiddos would be best. Zeus needs an active family who is willing to get him the exercise he needs and maintain his training with structure. Zeus is working through separation anxiety so maintaining the crate training will be a must. Whoever ends up with this big boy will be so lucky! ##2244662##
