Story
Whiskey is a handsome as can be 5 year old Rottweiler Mix who is looking for love! At 70 pounds, this big boy has a big personality and an even bigger heart! Don’t let his size fool you—Whiskey is convinced he’s a lap dog and will happily lean into you for cuddles any chance he gets! At first, Whiskey can be a little shy when meeting new people, but it doesn’t take long for his sweet personality to shine through. Once he warms up, he’s quick to make friends and will be by your side looking for affection and reassurance. He’s a sensitive soul who thrives on love, kindness, and a calm environment where he can feel safe and cherished.Whiskey gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine friend, but his favorite activity is still quality cuddle time with his humans. Whether it’s lounging on the couch, leaning against you for pets, or simply being near the people he loves, Whiskey is happiest when he’s part of the family! If you’re looking for a gentle giant who will fill your home with love (and take up a little extra space on the couch), Whiskey might just be the perfect match for you - this sweet boy is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on his vaccinations. Come meet Whiskey today and fall in love with this snuggle bug!

Story
This gal is what we call a FOR(friend of retrievers) and sadly her owner passed away.    She is still trying to figure out what to do now that she is not in the place she called home for the first half of her life.  She is in search of a new forever home and is great with other dogs.  She is housebroken and clearly enjoyed the indoor life of a home.  She knows basic commands and is also crate trained.  Although you may not be looking for a rottweiler,  please share this gentle soul with others to find her a new place to be loved. require an application, phone interview and home visit prior to meeting a dog and potential adoption. Our adoption fee for dogs under 9 months is $400, dogs between 9 months and 8 years is $350 and 8+ years is $125.. Please visit our website for more information. Thank you!

Story
Hi, I’m Brutus. Yes, I’m technically an adult dog… but spiritually I am a large enthusiastic puppy who hasn’t quite realized how big he is yet. My favorite hobbies include: Melting dramatically into my person for pets Supervising work calls by snoring in the background Learning new things so I can hear “good boy” (my favorite phrase) I’m already a pretty responsible dude. I’m crate trained, potty trained, and I sleep through the night like a champ. In the mornings I enjoy some training time and a nice walk before settling in for my important daytime job: Professional Napper During Zoom Meetings. I’m a very attentive boy and I really love my person. I’m the kind of dog who checks in, listens, and tries hard to get it right. I’m smart and eager to please, which means training is actually pretty fun for me. Now, I do get very excited about other dogs sometimes. My brain goes “FRIEND? PLAY? ZOOM?!” a little faster than my manners can keep up. The good news is I’m already learning how to handle my excitement and getting better every day with guidance. Because I’m a big, smart working-breed mix, I’ll do best with someone who enjoys continuing my training and giving me structure. Think of me as a dog who comes with extra potential and a big goofy personality. One important note: cats are not my thing. I saw one once and… let’s just say I had very strong feelings about it. So a cat-free home is required. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick, a big cuddle bug, and a dog who wants to learn everything with you, I might be your guy. Also I will absolutely sit on your feet and lean my entire body weight into you for pets. You’ve been warned. — Brutus ##2681217##
