Story
A litter of seven young puppies were being sold by an unhoused person on the streets of San Antonio when an angel stepped up to purchase all of The Seven and ensure they were adopted out through a reputable rescue who would also ensure they went to the best furever homes. Nothing is known about Mum or Dad- four girls and one boy are black with tan to rich brown markings making them look more Rottie, and one boy and girl are tan and look like Yellow Labrador Retrievers. One of the siblings DNA test showed: 41% Rottweiler, 24% Australian Cattle Dog, 9% American Staffordshire Terrier, 7% American Pit Bull Terrier, 7% German Shepherd Dog. Ducky is not shy or afraid of anything- her foster thinks she'd take on a Mountain Lion! The Seven have received their 1 year Rabies, Bordetella and 2nd DAPP (3rd due by 11/3/2024). Ducky weighed in at 18.25 pounds on 10/2/2024. The Seven arrived in Colorado 10/17, are being fostered in Highlands Ranch, and are available for adoption today! ##2216263##

Shelter visiting hours are 12 pm to 4 pm - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. Unless otherwise stated, all of our dogs are mixed breeds. We never guarantee the size, breed, or temperment of any of our puppies.  ##2229371##
