Story
**Hello, I`m Lulu! I LOVE to play fetch with tennis balls! It`s my absolute favorite thing. I enjoy tasty treats and napping on cozy blankets. I am potty trained and used to free roaming. I am fearful of loud noises. I have lived with children and may do best as the only dog as I am used to being the queen of my castle.**I am currently not at the shelter but am spending time in a loving foster home to decompress from shelter life. Please contact Lulu`s foster mom, Tatiana, at tatiana_manzano@yahoo.com to inquire about Lulu set up a visit. Please allow up to 24 hours for Tatiana to respond.A donation was made towards my adoption!

🐾🌟 Meet Bear and Rocky – The Dynamic Duo! 🌟🐾 🎀 Names: Bear (Mastiff/Pit Bull mix) & Rocky (Rottweiler/Pit Bull mix) 🐶 Ages: Bear (Born 7/19/2018), Rocky (Born 11/29/2017) 🏠 Location: From Forgotten to Forever Rescue Denver Bear and Rocky are more than just a pair of dogs – they're best friends and devoted brothers who share an unbreakable bond. This inseparable duo is on the lookout for a forever home where they can continue their adventures together and bring endless joy to their new human companions! 🌟 Personalities: Bear is a brindle beauty who is as smart as he is handsome. A quick learner with a heart of gold, he's always eager to please and will do anything to make his humans happy. Rocky, on the other hand, is the milder of the two, offering a calm and gentle presence that complements Bear's energetic spirit perfectly. Together, they make an unbeatable team! 🐾 Interests: These outdoorsy pups thrive on sunshine and fresh air, whether they're racing around the yard or simply basking in the warmth of the sun. They have a deep love for their human companions and want nothing more than to be by their side, sharing in all of life's adventures. Bear and Rocky enjoy chewing on bones and toys, and they're both learning the command to "down" like pros! 💖 Ideal Home: Bear and Rocky are seeking a forever home where they can be the center of attention – no other animals, please! While they adore humans of all ages, they would do best in a home with pre-teen to teenage children and up, as their size and exuberance might accidentally overwhelm younger kids. 🐾 Weight Update: As of 8/9/2023, Bear weighed in at 80.4 lbs, while Rocky tipped the scales at 84.8 lbs. With guidance from their veterinarian, they're working on achieving a healthier weight, and by all appearances, they're making great progress! 🏡 Adoption: If you're searching for a pair of incredible dogs to join your family, look no further than Bear and Rocky. With their boundless love, unwavering loyalty, and infectious enthusiasm for life, they're sure to bring endless joy and happiness to their forever home. Could that home be with you? Hello new friend! My name is Romeo and I`m a big boy with the sweetest heart. I just want to be loved! Hanging out with my people is my favorite thing ever. I also like to go for walks, play with toys (tennis balls are the BEST!), and eat yummy treats. I think I would be happiest as the only dog in my new home. I would really just love a home where I can soak up all the love and attention! Story
Meet Jax, Jax is a blue & tan boy with natural ears and a tail that is 5 years old. He is a super sweet boy and deserves the best life. He is a very smart boy who loves cuddles, is great on a leash, and knows a lot of commands! He's a great running and hiking partner, too! Jax needs to be in a Doberman experienced home with no small children. Jax will need to be in a home that is willing to work with him and a trainer for him to continue to grow into the dog he is meant to be. He will also need a home with a 6 ft fence, as he can clear a 3-4 ft fence if he decided to let himself out on a run. Jax is fully vetted and ready for his new forever home. Jax is muzzle trained and in high stress environments like vet offices it would be best for him to wear it in case he gets over stimulated. This boy has had a rough life thus far after running the streets of Mexico to coming here. Jax would be best in a home with another dog to keep his confidence up. He is good with cats and horses also. Jax is a true velcro dog and protective of his tribe once he settles in. We are currently accepting applications for Jax at www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please email us at HookedOnDobies@gmail.com, visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/savingdobermankind or webpage https://www.savingdobermankind.org to request an application, inquire about an adoption fee, or to learn more! We do require a completed adoption application to be submitted before discussing details of a specific Doberman. We DO NOT have a central location, out foster homes are located throughout our geographic region including CO, WY, NM,and TX. We strive to PROTECT the privacy of out fosters. ALL Doberman meet and greets are conducted in a neutral meeting location made by appointment only.

Story
Meet Schmitt, Schmitt is a super super sweet boy that deserves the best home. He doesn't have the best story. We accidentally found this boy on Craigslist and well in true fashion we didn't get any good information from the person that was rehoming him. We thought we were getting a 14ish week old puppy. Turns out that's not close to true. We have had him for several weeks in our care working with our vets to see what this poor guys future would look like. What we know is that he is 6-7 months old and likely will be a true miniature doberman but not because he was born that way but something has caused blunt force trauma to his head which is why it's not shaped quiet right. After xrays were taken his skull isn't pressing on his brain but is likely what has stunted his growth and likely will not grow much more. His gate is slightly off as well but otherwise he is a happy boy that loves everyone he meets. Schmitt will need a home that is truly looking for a special needs boy. He is super sweet but he is going to require a structured home that will keep his routine normal. We have learned that throwing off his routine does set him back even if it's a change in environment. He will need a home with not a ton of stairs as he isn't exactly coordinated and runs into things a lot. He would not be a good candidate for a dog door as he likely wouldn't be able to go in and out of it. He would be a dog that will need to be crated when alone for his safety. His prefect home would be with an owner that is home most of the time. Schmitt is good with other dogs and would be best in a home with older kids respectful of dogs he has been around cats and wasn't exactly sure what to think of them. Schmitt is fully vetted now but still needs two rounds of vaccines. To apply to adopt please go to www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming.
