He's full of energy, loves to play with toys, and enjoys staying active-especially swimming, which is one of his favorite activities!Moeglie has a friendly and playful nature and has gotten along well with dog friends in the past. He does have a prey drive so will do best in a home without cats or other small animals. He's looking for a home that can give him plenty of attention, love, and opportunities to engage in activities that keep him happy and healthy.If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who will shower you with affection, Moeglie just might be the perfect match for you!Do you think you could be Moeglie's person? Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or 2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Moeglie is a sweet gentle protective playful energetic loving 8 year old Dutch Shepard that has the energy of a 3 years old. He loves to run and swims for hours straight. Great with kids especially babies. Great with other dogs. Not so much cats. He has been on a strict diet with me of only raw food(Carnivora) he is a lap dog and could cuddle all day or run all day.

Introducing Apolo! Handsome Apolo was found wandering the streets alone, just a young innocent pup who was trying to survive on his own.  Not for long tho, he was scooped up by a rescuer and has been lovingly cared for ever since.   He's blossomed into this beautiful Dutch Shepherd mix with the most beautiful gold merle coat.  He's a standout for sure!   True to his dominant breed as a Dutch Sheperd, he is lively, athletic, alert and intelligent.  With these characteristics, he would do well in agility training!  For now, he's a friendly young dog  who gets along with everyone, adults and kids alike.  He has not lived with a cat, but he has been tested in the company of a cat and did not exhibit anything other than curiosity!  Apolo would make a great active family dog, with or without a fellow dog to romp and play with! He's already great on a leash and is ready to make his forever connection with his future family. Smart as a whip and ready to impress! VETTING: Fully vaccinated Neutered/Spayed Dewormed SNAP 4Dx negative (Heartworm, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma) Flea/tick/heartworm prevention No known medical issues or injuries PLEASE NOTE: Apolo is currently in Mexico.
