Apollo is a very sweet 3 year old boy! He is very playful and has lots of energy. He gets along with everyone he meets, both people and dogs. We are unsure of exactly what his breed is, but he looks like a corgi mix of some kind. He weighs about 27 lbs.

Story
Sinnamon, 4 yr old male. Looks to be a chihuahua mix. Weighs 18 lbs and should be 15 lbs. Very friendly, sweet and loving. Enjoys being outside. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption. Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.

Story
Name: Sonny Age: Approximately 8 years old (not 100% sure but he was adopted in 2017 and was about a year old at that time) Sonny is a cuddle-ly type of dog. He follows you around the house and always wants to be by your side. He usually very friendly to people of all ages BUT I will suggest to keep him away from toddlers and younger children only because they sometimes play a bit rough with him. He's typically good with other dogs at the dog park as he loves running around with them. In the home, we have another dog that he loves and they get along perfectly. I will suggest no more than one other dog in the home with him because we had a 3rd dog and they didn't seem to get along very well. So I would say he's best as the only dog or with one other dog. He has good energy and used to love going for a walk around the neighborhood, he's house broken as well.

Story
Cooper is a super sweet, two-year-old male. He loves to play fetch or tug of war or snuggle up on the couch with his humans. He is a great companion. He gets along with my cat and has gotten along with any children I have seen him around, youngest being 6. He is gentle and really just wants to be loved on. No behavioral issues aside from some car anxiety. He comes with a car seat cover, a bed, any toys I have, a GPS tracking collar, and any food and treats I might have leftover. He is microchipped as well. The adoption fee can be discussed as long as he is going to a loving home!

Story
**Current location: in South Korea** Meet Kitsch :) > Rescue story: Kitsch was rescued when her time ran out at a high-kill city shelter. Thankfully a rescuer was able to get her out and to the vet for a full check-up. she has gotten a clean health bill and is ready to find her forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. She is patiently waiting! > Description of the dog: Kitsch loves playing ball with people. she can be nervous or a little aggressive to other dogs so please keep in mind when meeting other dogs. she’s been in social training. > Good with Dogs? A little nervous. She is in socialization training, but we recommend adopting her as an only dog if possible. > Good with Cats? When she met the cat, she showed no interest and ignored it. But we can't say for sure if he will attack a cat. > Good with Kids? yes > Housebroken? yes > Barks/Quiet: quiet, she can bark for a minute when the doorbell rings > Walking manners: Good > Energy level: Six (On a scale of 1 to 10) > Appetite: she is not picky and has no food aggression > How do they do with cars & baths: good with cars & baths > Favorite things: Play patch ball > Commands/Tricks: she can understand ‘wait’ ‘sit’ and ‘hand’ In Korean
