At 2 years old and 20 pounds, Talenti is the perfect blend of Corgi charm and Pug personality. If you’ve ever wished your ice cream could cuddle you back, this little guy is here to make your dreams come true! With the compact cuteness of a Corgi and the soulful eyes of a Pug, Talenti is the ultimate pint-sized companion—always ready to play, snuggle, and melt right into your heart (but thankfully, not your couch). Talenti settled into his foster home as if he had always belonged, immediately befriending two large dogs, two kids (ages 6 and 11), and a very unimpressed senior cat. He plays a mean game of fetch, loves tug-of-war, and has been known to zoom after a ball with fearless enthusiasm—even when his 70-pound foster sibling is chasing the same one. After playtime, he’s happy to curl up for a nap, preferably in your office while you work, because he takes his role as “supportive coworker” very seriously. His specialties? Quality control on belly rubs and making sure your feet never get lonely. Talenti is polite on walks, doesn’t pull on the leash, and doesn’t bark at other dogs—he’s more of a “silent observer” when it comes to neighborhood happenings. He’s still perfecting his housetraining (a.k.a. learning that outside is the best bathroom), but he’s crate-trained, sleeps through the night, and has mastered the doggy door with the help of his foster siblings. He may occasionally steal a shoe, but don’t worry—he’s more of a collector than a chewer, like a tiny, four-legged museum curator. While Talenti isn’t a couch potato, he would like to be a couch dog—if only his foster family allowed it! He’s a certified love bug who will happily flop onto his back for belly rubs at a moment’s notice. He’d thrive in a home with another playful dog, a yard to zoom around in, and someone who works from home so he can provide his expert companionship services full-time. If you're looking for a sweet, loving, playful pup who will follow you from room to room (but also respect your need for alone time), Talenti is the perfect mix. And unlike the Talenti in your freezer, this one will never run out—he’ll just keep filling your life with joy!Talenti is an option for a home that has limited experience with dogs or any kind of experience level. If there are children they need to be over the age of 5.February 12, 2025, 2:08 pm
