Story
Welcome Flossy, a lovable 7-month-old girl who brings a heart full of joy to every day. With her gorgeous facial features and honest eyes, Flossy is the kind of dog who'll captivate you the moment you meet her. She is very shy at first but warms up with the help of some treats. She would do best in a home with a confident helper dog to show her around! Flossy has learned basic commands and has made huge progress with trusting those around her. This sweet girl needs a fenced in yard so she can explore her new surroundings at her own pace. Could your family be the one to bring out the best in Flossy? Story
This girl is such a sweetheart. We found her wandering the neighborhood and it took us some time but once she trusted us shes grown so fast. She is very loving and smart. She gets along with other dogs great but I do feel like she would possibly terrorize a cat. Ha! She is very attentive. I work too much for it to be fair on her but she will make someone an amazing companion. The only struggle with her is separation anxiety. She tends to be a bit destructive and is very stressed until you return. She will also make a very distinct noise that is specific to her breed. Other than that she is a literal dream dog. If you are interested in her I would even be open to a trial period. I really don’t want her to ever be in a bad situation again so if you adopt her and find that it’s not a good fit, I would take her back. She deserves a great life and a great friend.

The poor girl lived on her own for a long time and was terribly afraid of people, although never unkind. Her sadness and fear caught our attention when we saw her photo, and we knew we had to help. Potato has turned into the happiest, brightest, playful gal who loves life. She adores other dogs and would not do well without them b/c they are a support system for her; they would need to be medium to large dogs and love to enjoy a snuggle and play buddy. Potato is extremely intelligent and learns quickly. She will need patience and understanding in her new home, knowing it will take time for her to adjust, for she is still afraid of new people and new things. Despite, she has a heart of gold and adores her people, passing out hugs and kisses all the time (and also to her canine buddies!). Potato is a very well behaved dog who has been an utter delight to have in rescue - we adore her! She's our happy little sweet potato. ##1683099##
