Sherlock is a 3 year old, 16 lb Daschund mix who found himself on the rescue only list when he came into the shelter with muscle atrophy on his face and laxation of his jaw. Sherlock has been diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuritis. This basically means that he has inflammation along his trigeminal nerves. The good news is, this condition resolves on its own within time.
The temporary side affects of this condition don't seem to slow Sherlock down one bit! He is a joyful boy who LOVES to play with balls and toys. Did we mention he loves balls? He keeps us laughing with his silly antics on the daily! Sherlock is friendly with other dogs and listens to always available to go on long walks and adventures with his foster mommy. He loves riding in the car. Sherlock is friendly and easy to handle. He loves to cuddle and is very affectionate. He's going to make a fun addition to a family looking for a well rounded pooch.
Sherlock's adoption fee is $350 and includes his neuter, microchip, vaccines/flea treatment/deworming current. Apply to meet him at www.lovebugsrescue.org
