My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Newton is a found boy, about 2 years old. He appears to be a part border collie and standard poodle, with the border collie eyes and a bushy tail and head. However, Newton does shed so he may not be good for people with allergies. Newton is larger sized, about 65#. He is a very friendly and energetic boy. Newton likes to stand up and give you a hug around the waist which is cute but not something we want to encourage so we're working on keeping him on all fours. He really is quite a funny character. His finders had him a long time and finally had to get him a new home as their other two dogs would not warm up to him. Newton does want to be the dominant dog and wants control of the treats and food. So he may be better as the only dog in the family where there's no competition for food or attention. Newton does ride well and walks well on a leash we have learned. He is neutered and heartworm neg, Newt is ready for adoption.
