Hi, my name is Chase! I am 3 years old, male, and weigh 77 lbs. I am a Border Collie/Black Lab mix. I love people and long to be with a family that has time to spend with me and give me attention. I get along well with cats and I love kids. My chocolate brown eyes will melt your heart. I am house-trained and crate-trained, and I have a very gentle nature. I am very loveable! I am a very quiet dog and I don't bark at people or even other dogs, but because of my hunting nature, I will bark a little when I see a deer, rabbit or squirrel. I would make an excellent hunting dog if someone would take the time to train me. I will jump right in the car for rides, and I love to be taken for walks. I am playful and I thrive on attention. I love to be in the house, and am content just looking out the window, watching for people, birds and other animals. I am very well-behaved in the house, and I like to lie down next to you while you're watching TV, making dinner, or just doing chores. I just love to be near my family members! Sometimes I do get excited though, and will playfully jump on people when I first meet them, and I am working on not doing that. I know the commands of come, sit, stay, shake, and do pretty good at down and roll over (especially with a treat)! I love to play outside in the yard, playing fetch! I am still working on the command to "bring it" back, as I like to fetch the toy, but then I love to run with it and have you try to get it away from me. This gives me alot of fun exercise, and I will run in circles trying to keep you from getting the toy from me. I will bring the toy back though, if you have another fun toy or a treat to distract me with! I am neutered and up-to-date on my shots. Adoption fee: $255 .00
