Meet Peep, an eight year old Siamese mix weighing 16 pounds. Peep was brought in to our spay and neuter clinic to be euthanized by his owners for issues that are commonly seen with declawed cats as they age. This harmful practice of removing not just their claws but also bone to the first knuckle often causes pain and arthritis as well as a sense of insecurity in cats. Peep is declawed in his front paws and is looking for a home that understands the potential health and behavioral issues that come along with this. Peep can be a very sweet boy when he is confident and comfortable. We are looking for someone who is willing to give this sweetheart a second chance at life as he deserves.
