Story
DOB: 8/2/2018 Miller is a charming 6-year-old cat with a heart full of love, looking for his forever home. This sweet boy adores human attention and is happiest when he’s by your side, soaking up all the affection you can give. Miller is laid-back, gentle, and has a calm demeanor that makes him the perfect companion for a cozy night in or a quiet afternoon. He’s been waiting patiently for his special someone and is ready to fill your home with love and warmth! Miller is in a prescription diet for urinary tract issues. He will need the special diet for the rest of God's life. He is doing well and does not need any other meds or treatment. He is a candidate for long term foster if you aren't ready to adopt a cat with special needs **Come meet me at the cage free adoption center! Story
Please contact Jetta (Jetta.elliott@att.net) for more information about this pet.Two year old tortie point Siamese femaleScarlet is a rescue. She was feral when she arrived to the rescue. When she was spayed, they clipped one of her ear tips as normally feral cats are released back to the wild. Instead of releasing the sweet girl, I brought her home and tamed her. She is very sweet, very loving and looking for her forever home. She is currently in Harrison, Arkansas. Rescue pets are transported near your locations via the rescue network transport. Please do not inquire through Facebook, but rather send an email with your phone number to inquire.April 9, 2025, 4:15 pm

Adopting a Oriental

Frequently asked questions about acquiring an Oriental - the pros and cons of adopting versus going through a breeder, and associated costs.

The price of Oriental Shorthair cats can vary depending on several factors, including the cat’s pedigree, lineage, age, coat color, and breeder reputation. On average, Oriental Shorthair kittens from reputable breeders can cost anywhere from $500 to $2,000 or more.

Oriental Shorthair cats can be relatively expensive compared to some other breeds, but their cost depends on various factors, such as the individual cat’s pedigree, age, coat color, and breeder reputation. Show-quality Oriental Shorthairs with desirable traits and pedigrees may be priced at the higher end of the spectrum, while pet-quality kittens or older cats may be more affordable. Additionally, factors such as vaccinations, microchipping, registration papers, and spaying/neutering can also affect the overall cost of acquiring an Oriental Shorthair.

The easiest way to adopt an Oriental Shorthair cat is through a rescue that specializes in them. A great place to start is by starting a breed search on AdoptaPet.com. The search will show you all the available Oriental Shorthair cats in your area.
