Story
If you are interested, please contact Marilynne at 510-223-0443   Meet Herbie and her Aunt Winnie. This bonded pair of female kitties need a loving home.   They are extremely playful and do well with rabbit fur mousies, little balls, and interactive kitty toys.  Herbie, the kitten is fluffy,  light grey and has long soft hair.  She has tabby markings and will likely be very showy when mature.    The black Oriental style female kitty, Aunt Winnie has been spayed and current foster Mom will spay the kitten when she is old enough.    Aunt Winnie may be somewhat shy at first but she is extremely intelligent and will likely adapt quickly to a new environment.  She was spayed thinking she was feral and has a barely perceptible right ear tip.  She turned out to be very tame and loving.    If you are interested in learning more about Herbie & Aunt Winnie, please contact Marilynne at 510-223-0443 October 28, 2024, 6:06 pm

Story
Nate is a suave, easy-going guy with super soft fur who adores cheek and forehead scratches. Nate is an affectionate, curious and playful guy—showing his playful spirit and zest for life. And he loves attention! He will start out timid with new people and changes to his living space so he will do best with people that have experience and patience and the willingness to encourage and support him through his adjustment to a new home with new people. It will be worth your effort and won't take him long to show his personality. Once he knows a person and feels comfortable in his new space, Nate is a real charmer. Nate may do fine with a cat-friendly dog and/or another cat in his new home. He has done well with cats in his foster home that are confident with another cat and not reactive. We believe he would do fine in a home with children over age 6. Nate is FIV+ but is in good health and is expected to live a normal life, both in quality and duration. Estimated birth date is early 2022. Kitty Bio# 3876MB-Na. Good with cats, Needs special attention, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Apple is a big sweet kitty with an even bigger personality. He is a handsome lynx point Siamese tabby mix with a short tail. He's a strong alpha male. He can’t help but be the center of attention because he is vocal, social and engaging. Apple is smart, independent, and doesn’t hesitate to add his opinion. While not a cuddler he loves being petted. He will be more your pal and companion than your fur baby. He likes to interact and play with other cats and toys. Apple must be on a prescription food diet to prevent urinary blockage. The diet has kept it well under control and will be necessary for the rest of his life. His ideal guardian or family is one with experience reading cat body language and who can be confident and firm with him as well as gentle to gain his trust. He needs an adults only home preferably with another cat and would probably be OK with a calm dog. Estimated birth date is September 2020. Kitty Bio #581LRo-Ap   If you're interested in adopting this or another of our cats, please fill out our adoption questionnaire at http://icraeastbay.org/adopt/how-to/.October 26, 2024, 8:31 am
