Story
Alita is a fabulously beautiful girl in a luscious ivory coat. seal point markings and sea blue eyes. She is the sweetest kitty you could dream of with people. Cats not so much! Alita has two overwhelming qualities; her love of people and her love of the outdoors. She is the sweetest girl ever with kind humans. She wants to give love and get love. Be her beloved person and you will never feel unloved again. And she MUST have a safe rural place to go outside. She loves the natural world and will not be happy without the freedom and joy that it allows us all. Alita was found outside, hovering under a house that had lots of cats inside. The finder tried to take her in but she was not having it. Whatever experiences she has had as a stray in the world left her with fear and extreme caution around other cats. She is also not a fan of dogs. We think Alita is a few years old but don't know when she was born. She is in Anchorage and ready for a loving family. Call 907 980-8898

Story
By golly…meet Miss Holly! She is so sweet she could melt in the rain! This pretty blue-eyes lynx-point Siamese girl loves hanging out in the sink! Posing, lounging, napping, and looking adorable all is great fun in the sink. Being around 8 years old she is a bit shy as life as taught her to be cautious, especially living amongst a colony of outside cats. Her shyness doesn’t last long though and before you know it, she is purring away. And she LOVES her food. As soon as she is done eating, she will make her rounds checking the other cat’s food bowls to make sure no morsel has been left behind. Miss Holly will do best in a quiet household. An older kiddo would probably be just fine. She adores other cats and will need a friendly cat friend in her new home. She really comes out of her shell when there is another nice cat around. She does good with a real mellow canine but is fearful of hyper dogs. Come Springtime she will need to have a safe yard to explore nature with her family and if you’re lucky she might bring you a mouse or two. Chasing bugs is always a fun past time too! She is in Palmer. Please call 907-350-8089. Thank you!

Story
Halibut came to us from Anchorage Animal Care and Control. He is a 12-year-old neutered male who came into our care because he needed dental care. That has been completed and he is in great health for a senior cat. We're not sure how he found himself at Animal Control but he's ready for new opportunity for human companionship. He would prefer to not to live with dogs. If you are looking for a gentle companion, he would be perfect!
