My name is Vinnie and I’m 70 pounds of pure love. I love snuggling my foster parents and mom says I’m a bed hog, whatever that is! My favorite activity is going for car rides; I'm an excellent co-pilot and give great directions to the treat store. Since I'm only 4 yrs old, I would love someone who would commit to continuing with my training. I'm an A+ student but since I get very excited around other dogs, I would prefer to be the only dog in the house and have all the lovin's for myself. I know sit, ask to go out for potties, and am working on my leash manners, but I am still fresh out of the shelter, so this is all new to me. My foster mom says it's probably best if I don't live with kiddos under the age of 12 or kitties because I don't know my own size. I dont get it, 70lbs is a perfect size lap dog! Most importantly, I need a forever family to hold my big, squishy face and get lots of kisses. I sure hope I can find you guys soon. XOXO Vinnie

What an adorable little firecracker !! FULL of personality and afraid of nothing! She is confident, curious, LOVES the water and her baby pool. Often times she's the only one willing to get in. OOFIE lives to be with other dogs and especially adores her humans. She is literally always happy! You cannot rain on her parade! She is kennel trained and almost house trained! She is a joy to have as part of our foster family. LAMAREY is with me in my home in Memphis, Tn. Once adopted , she will travel via Rescue Vet Transport to her new forever family. Once an application has been submitted and approved , I would be happy to speak with you and tell you all of the wonderful things about her ! You will find our volunteer team to be very responsive so please refrain from submitting an application until you are ready to welcome a new forever family member. Transport runs each weekend, leaving Memphis Tennessee Friday morning around 6 AM at which time they start a group chat with the two drivers and all the adopters who have a A Pet on board.

Thanks to her rescuers, she received the emergency care she needed and is now thriving in her foster home. Zelda is a loving, excitable girl who adores being around people and is always ready for a good time. She's mostly housebroken and does well when left alone in the house, making her a great companion for a family. She has a playful nature and loves to chew on soft stuffies or rubbery toys like Kongs, which keep her entertained for hours. She tends to prefer these over hard bones, so be sure to stock up on her favorite chew toys! Though Zelda has had a rough start in life, her resilience and loving spirit shine through. She’s ready to bring endless joy and affection into a home where she can continue to thrive and play. She was born in 2017. She came to our home because the previous owner had to re-home her due to bullying from another dog in the house she was born in. She is friendly, and loves people. She enjoys lying in the warm sunshine. This breed tends to sleep most of the day and only needs short walks. She is not active and is generally calm. She is a homebody type. We are hoping to find a new owner with a fenced backyard. This would be the ideal environment for my dog, who is getting older. Even an elderly person who cannot walk long distances could manage this breed as long as there is a backyard. We think she would be a good match for someone who spends a lot of time at home. This dog is not suitable for small children under the age of ten. My dog loves kids so much that she gets excited and may suddenly run and jump toward them, which could cause injuries. She previously underwent TPLO surgery on both back legs but has fully recovered now.
