Say hello to Archie! Archie is a 3-year-old English Bulldog who came to us an owner surrender as his owner was not able to care for him. Prior to coming to us, he lived much of his life in a crate where he was not well socialized or cared for. Archie has made huge strides since going into his foster home and we have found that he forms a deep and loving bond with his person, and we think he would do best in a home with one owner. He is looking for a confident, experienced owner who will spend time to help him reach his full potential. Archie is happy with other dogs, and would do fine with other dogs in the home but is best suited to a home without children and without a lot of foot traffic. He does well in a crate, and he is also house broken. Archie has quite the personality and loves to go for a ride in the car. In addition to car rides, he absolutely loves his toys and will entertain himself for hours on end. Archie is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Say hello to Sister! She is a 2-year-old, 50lb English bulldog who came to us from CA with her sister Dribble, in hopes of finding an amazing home here in WA! Sister is a very sweet girl, but also extremely shut down at the moment. She has had a rough past and is looking to leave that behind her but will need time to open up and learn to trust again. She is very loving with her person, but will need a patient adopter in a quiet home that will give her time to open up and gain confidence. Sister needs work on leash training and loves to remain in places that feel safe and cozy for now. She would also not do well in a home with cats. Sister is UTD on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $650.

He is a 2-year-old, ~55 lb English Bulldog who came to us from as an owner surrender from CA after they could no longer care for him. Louie is an absolutely STUNNING bulldog in both looks and personality. He has a rich brown coloring with one white sock, and an adorable underbite. Louie is a total sweetheart that has gotten along great with any dogs and people he has met in our care. He has also done well around kids, however, he does not always recognize his size and will accidentally knock you over if you’re not careful. He is a very well natured boy though, and is looking for an amazing forever home that will love on him and give him a rich life full of experiences! Louie is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $700.

He is incredibly smart, and has learned many things while with us, such as sit, to walk through and under legs when directed, around, to let you walk around him while sitting, stay, come, wait, to catch treats, and more. He is phenomenal and learns quickly. He loves people, and wants to spend all the time he can with you. He is great about going out to go potty, and comes back in right after if you let him. He crates well. He gets along with other dogs, but like many of his breed, he isn't every dog's cup of tea. He will need a home without cats. We adore him and will be looking for a capable home with time to dedicate to making him the best that he can be. This dog requires a fenced yard. We seek fully fenced yards with a physical, visible fence. Typically, the fence must be connected to the house/ a door in the home, and the dog safe fenced area must exclude driveway and car access. Shock/electronic fences will not be approved for most dogs. A sturdy, high quality crate is also required (due to safety concerns, no wire or soft crates will be accepted. Animal Profile:  Penny is a 18-month-old, 65 lb spayed female English Bulldog mix. She has a tight, clean coat and an adorable underbite. She has guardian-breed tendencies and will need a breed-savvy owner able to provide appropriate leadership. She is loyal to her family and loves to snuggle. She enjoys playing with other dogs but requires a human who can supervise and advocate for appropriate interactions or she is prone to bullying behavior. She is currently being fostered in a home with two other dogs and is crate-trained, house-trained, and has basic obedience training. She will benefit from structure, leadership, and ongoing training. Animal History:  Penny and her siblings were a surprise litter - their mother was adopted from a local family when she was unknowingly pregnant, so he got much more than he bargained for when she had puppies soon after her adoption. Penny was born on 12/09/22; one of the littermates was  DNA tested and so presumably all littermates are  75% English Bulldog, 12.5% German Shepherd, 12.5% Rhodesian Ridgeback. As puppies, these dogs were playful and engaging. Penny was adopted as a puppy to a family who was not prepared for the tendencies of this breed combination. Without any formal training, she developed territorial behaviors in the home and on walks that ultimately led the family to return her to the rescue.
