She came into foster care with Ginger as their owner passed away. Even though they came in together they don't seem bonded but should have another dog in the home. Lucy Lou is shy at first but will warm up on her own time and will come to you when she wants attention. She is potty trained, doesn't like to go up or down stairs, and likes to go for rides in the car. She is easy going and just wants love and attention. She is starting to take treats out of my hand and will come when you put some treats on the floor. When you are outside and call her name, she will lay down for you to pick her up.
