Story
Hi folks, I'm Orion! The fluffiest of them all-some may even call me a Care Bear or "Beary" because I look like a tiny bear. I'm a happy little guy, always playing with my siblings in the water or rolling around in the newspaper like we're chocolate Tootsie Rolls. I love being held like a baby and getting the occasional kiss here and there. I'm all about nap time and mealtime-you'll find me right there with my bowl in my mouth. If you're looking for a fluffy companion, I'm your best choice. I'll love you till the end of time, complete with morning puppy breath kisses! Meet Boone! He is a handsome, one year old, Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix. He has lots of energy and has a super sweet demeanor. He enjoys the company of other dogs and is good with kids. Boone has a playful side but will also soak up all the snuggles and cuddles he can get! He can be a bit nervous of new people but comes around quickly. Boone is kennel trained and potty trained but still needs some work on basic training. If you would like to set up a meet a greet with this sweet guy, send us a message or fill out and adoption application on our website www.whidbeycritters.com! *Boone is part of our House to Home program and is not under the ownership of Critters Pet Rescue. He is up to date on vaccines and has an appointment to get neutered asap.

Story
We rescued them as babies in the Arizona desert 2 years ago. They were around 6 weeks at the time so born middle of August 2022. They are a bonded pair and super sweet. I live in an apt which isn't fair to them. I have recently had a baby and have physical disabilities that make it unable to walk them. Earlier this month my apt flooded from the one above me and we have been couped up in a hotel room for weeks with longer to go. I already had two small dogs that are my autistic sons ESA's and I am looking for a new apartment to move to. I would love to keep them if I could but I just can't. They are want to please. They are good about letting you know when they need to go out and will also use potty pads indoors. It is imperative that they get room to run in a safe environment with a person or family that can give them the love they deserve. DD spooks easily. Rascal is more confident.

Story
We are in the unfortunate situation that we need to rehome our beautiful dog. Please help us find a great home for him. Cody is 5 years old, Australian retriever/Lab mix, and 75 lbs. He is a very sweet, friendly dog, and loves playing catch- a little too much! We were only supposed to foster him for a year, but our friend moved so could not take him back. We fell in love with Cody, but I am gone 14 hour days, and travel too frequently to give him the stability he deserves. Looking for someone who is retired or works from home (or part-time job), with no small children, and the time to take Cody to dog training classes for his anxiety. He is currently taking a pill with meals to help him with his overzealous love of retrieving balls/toys. He’s a very smart dog, listens and doesn’t pull when walking. Recently started dog training for anxiety/ resource guarding so would love his next family to continue with training. Please come meet him and help us find his forever home ❤️ Thanks!
