APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. BUBBLES is part of a litter of 6. DOB 8/16/24. We believe she is a Shepherd mix. Mom is an Australian Shepherd mix and only 20#. We don't know who Daddy is. We suspect that Bubbles will get to 25#s... best guess. Bubble is fun loving, loves to cuddle, and is calm. She will be a great dog for a family or active couple. The foster who took in the VERY pregnant Mom raised the puppies in her house with the help of her 3 grandchildren. They are very socialized and lots of fun. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period." If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at shaynerescue@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. If you have not applied, you will not receive a response so please only email if you have any issues applying. Adoption Fees The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/ This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.

Story
Piper will be 2 years old in December. He LOVES other dogs and won’t be happy unless he has a sister or brother to play with. Piper has been through a lot in his short life including enduring the loss of one of his owners (my husband) followed by an influx of live-in relatives and extra dogs. Somehow Piper became very protective of me beyond all reason and I cannot live with him. When I am gone he is normal, has nothing to protect and is happy with the other people and another dog who live here. As soon as I come back he is in protector mode again. I can be gone an hour or many days and it is always the same. He has been through a basic obedience course and can sit/stay. He is quite smart. I have discussed his problem with my veterinarian and trainers and the consensus is that I am somehow his problem, and he will be fine when he gets away from me. Piper needs a large-ish fenced yard or acreage. He has lots of energy and is used to being around people and dogs all the time.

Story
Ive had Gregg since he was a tiny puppy, he has always had a loving and safe home. He is a mini Australian Shepard, around 30lbs, and has the sweetest most loving personality. He is 3 and a half years old, still has his young energy, but as long as his needs are met, is more than happy to chill and cuddle on the couch, although you will be required to give him pats. He LOVES people, and making new people play with him, but they never mind because he is just so damn cute. He really is such a loving, well behaved, loyal dog and it truly breaks my heart to give him up, but I know he can have a much more fulfilling life somewhere else. Im looking for someone with a lifestyle that will suit a high energy dog. He needs at least an hour and a half outside everyday, and more stimulation in/around the house is good to! If you have some land or a back yard for him to run around on, thats a huge bonus as well!
