Story
Yozuri and her sister Yamaha were found when their foster parents were on a walk. The sisters came trotting out of the woods where they had been living in a cardboard box. They were vetted and fostered and adopted to a home. Due to unforeseen circumstances that were not at all of her making, Yozuri finds herself back in the care of Save a Stray once again hoping for a forever home. Yozuri is just happy about life. She is housetrained and crate trained. She gets along with everyone, loves toys, and playing fetch. Yozuri is smart, comes when called, and gives attention easily. She is a playful girl but also loves to snuggle. She is a delight to have around. This girl deserves a home to treat her like a princess. If Yozuri sounds like the one for you and your lifestyle, please read info below regarding adopting. Complete an application at https://www.saveastray.org/forms/form?formid=3635. Story
Meet Brody, a 7 year old Aussie mix that is being foster in NJ! Brody is a handsome, outgoing mature mountain man! He is looking for an outdoorsy person to provide him with love and attention he needs. Brody could easily carry his own supplies on a camping trip. Brody is 100 lbs blue merle with a copper trim, one blue & brown/blue eye! Brody gets along with other dogs but does want to be the dominant male in the household. He loves car rides and is well behaved on vet visits. Brody loves to be outside! Brody is crate trained and could benefit from training reinforcement. Brody has shown some signs of resource guarding at his foster and could use training on management. Brody will not be placed in a home with small children. If Brody sounds perfect for you, please fill out our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to his new furever family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.

Story
Hoagie is a young, sweet, playful boy. He is currently around 8-9 months old. We adopted him from our local SPCA in July. He is quite a mix of different breeds but is primarily australian shepherd and Australian cattle dog. He is about 45 lbs. He has adapted well to our family and our other dog. However, we are a busy household with young toddlers, and he would do better where he can be walked more and get more attention. Our kids love him and we wish we could keep him, but we think he would have a happier life where he can have more attention and 1:1 training. He is crate trained and knows some simple commands. He is up to date on all vaccines and is spayed. He is GREAT with dogs and young kids. I'm unsure of cats, as he's never been around them. He loves chew bones, playing with other dogs, and belly rubs. Let me know if interested in making a sweet addition to you family!

Story
Say hello to Duke!! He is an approx 3 year old Australian Shepherd that is the sweetest love bug ever! He loves dogs, cats, people, everything! His downfall is he will clear any fence and will come when he wants to. He is trained on invisible fence, however, and is very good with that! He will not escape a fence if you are in the yard with him but he just wants to be with his people so he will escape if left alone. Duke loves to play with other dogs and will do best in a home with a fun furry playmate. He would love an active family that will take him on adventures and let him snuggle with them at the end of the day. He is fostered in the Huntsville, AL area. If you are interested in Duke please submit an application to be considered.
