Story
WILL NEED IMMEDIATE BEHAVIORAL TRAINING AND IS NOT SPAYED. She is aggressive towards all strangers but no biting She can be very lovable, but only to one main person at a time...preferably women. She becomes very dominant towards that one person she chooses and doesnt like others around them. She views men as a threat . She needs to be rehomed with someone experienced. Due to her behavioral issues, she is not fully house trained, most shots updated but not all. She does not do well with other dogs or larger families. Needs possibly only a couple or a farm. She needs someone who is patient, and experienced. She has a very loving side and becomes extremely intuned with your emotions. She was originally an emotional support dog, through a therapist. She is not crate trained and is used to sleeping on furniture with her owner. We believe apartment space and lack of socialization created this. We are willing to take her back within 60 days if it doesnt work in new home

Story
Meet Rocky, a laid-back, big-hearted guy who`s looking for the perfect companion. Rocky thrives in a calm, quiet home, ideally with an individual or couple who can offer him the peace he craves. While he`s tolerant of kids, he prefers to snuggle only with his bonded person. True to his cattle dog nature, Rocky is protective of his territory and takes his time warming up to newcomers. But with a few tasty treats, he’s quick to make new friends! Out in public, like at Lowes or the park, he’s friendly and allows people to pet him. He’s an easy-going guy who enjoys nice walks or short hikes and does well on a leash. However, he’s not a fan of other dogs and would prefer to be the only pup in the home. Rocky is food-driven, so with patience and training, he can overcome his dog-on-dog challenges.Rocky is fully house-trained, and he’ll always let you know when it`s time to go potty. He can be left home alone for long periods and is perfectly well-behaved—no chewing, no accidents. He’s also pretty good at following basic commands: sit, down, stay, and come. He doesn’t jump up on guests or try to dash out the door when it opens. While he can tolerate cats, small animals like squirrels aren’t his thing, and he won’t chase them. He enjoys playing tug-of-war and carrying around his stuffies (though he doesn’t chew them up!). Rocky also loves to bury bones and toys that he’s particularly fond of.He has a sensitivity to certain ingredients like corn, wheat, and soy, so he requires allergy-friendly food. He’s also afraid of thunderstorms, so a little extra care during storms will go a long way.Though Rocky hasn’t been crate trained, he seems to like the idea of having his own space. With his thick fur, he does require regular brushing, but professional grooming isn’t necessary. He`s not a fan of water or swimming, but he doesn’t bark excessively—just enough to alert when something’s up.If you’re ready for a loyal companion who thrives on a peaceful, loving environment, Rocky could be your guy!

Story
Dexter is a sweet fella who needs a chance with a smart owner. He loves his people fiercely, but he can be wary of strangers at first. At long as he gets to have a proper introduction without being bombarded, he is great! Dexter has learned so much while with us! He knows to sit, down, wait, out, play fetch, and walks nicely on a leash. Dexter loves other dogs and enjoys playing. He loves frisbees, tennis balls, and belly rubs. He will never pass up a good cuddle session! Dexter is a Belgian Malinois mix, meaning he does need physical exercise and mental stimulation to keep him satisfied. In a home, Dexter may feel he needs to protect his person and home from outsiders. He needs someone to guide him and work with him through that. He is the most loyal boy and wants to please! We would prefer anyone that is interested in Dexter to have experience with the Belgian Malinois breed or Shepherd experience, but this is not required. Dexter Miny would make an incredibly loyal and loving partner in life. Please don't make Dexter wait any longer for his forever home!

Story
It absolutely breaks our hearts to rehome our sweet girl because we've done everything imaginable to avoid this. Unfortunately, the relationship she has with the other two dogs in our home has become increasingly more difficult. She deserves more freedom and attention than we're able to give her in our current living situation. She is great with people and forms strong, loving bonds. However, she struggles with high anxiety around certain noises - especially vacuuming sounds, dinging alerts & similar household noises. Because of this anxiety, and with small children in our home, we feel she would do best in a calm, adult-only household. She has never shown aggression toward children, but a quieter environment without kids or other dogs would help her feel safe & settled. She loves playing fetch, being outdoors, and snuggling for a nap afterwards. We're looking for a home that can give her lots of love, patience and attention.

Story
Millie is a 4 ½ year old mini Australian Shepherd who is the embodiment of her breed. She has a lot of energy, always looking to run or play. She gets startled at sudden movements so she would be better with a family of adults and/or older children. The ideal placement for her would be a farm/house with a backyard, or someone who can take her on runs, or who can put some time into exercising and training her. She is certainly more of a playful dog, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love belly rubs and cuddles! She also LOVES the snow and hikes, but still timid at the beach. Letting her personality shine through makes loving her so easy.We got Millie when she was about 9 weeks in 2021. When she was about 6 months, my partner wanted a second dog and took in another puppy. As puppy #2 got older, he became anxious, Millie started to become anxious as well. Now, my partner left, leaving me to care for both dogs alone, working full time 5 days a week, but I know Millie deserves the best!

Story
Two adorable brother and sister pups were brought to us when their owner was no longer able to care for them or the other dogs in the home. While this transition has been a big change for them, they have adjusted beautifully and are almost ready to find loving forever families. Louie, the little boy, had a special medical need. He had a prolapsed rectum due to a congenital defect, but we have worked closely with our veterinarian to complete a successful repair. Louie is now doing great and is able to live a happy, comfortable, and completely normal life. Louie is a typical puppy—playful, curious, and full of personality. He loves to explore, wrestle, and then snuggle up right next to his favorite human. He especially loves riding around in his little puppy sling and being carried close—it’s one of his favorite things! His adoption fee will help cover: His medical procedure First two rounds of vaccines Dewormer Microchip Neuter when of age His sweet sister, Amelie, is also thriving and adjusting well. She is playful, affectionate, and ready to bond with her new family. These pups have already been through change at a young age, and they deserve homes filled with patience, love, and commitment. If you’re looking for a loyal companion, we’d love for you to meet them. Louie is a cool, personality-packed pup who loves nothing more than cuddling on the couch for TV time or heading outside for a game of fetch—and he’s always up for a car ride. Currently living with two other similar-aged puppies, he absolutely loves to play, chew on a good stick, roll in the grass, and run around with endless energy. Great with kids and always up for fun, Louie brings joy and playfulness wherever he goes!
