Ace is just a little spoon looking for his big spoon. He’s the world’s cuddliest dog. His highest value reward is to be petted by his person. Snacks are cool too, especially chicken. Ace is a gentle and sweet boy who is so grateful for any affection. He will lean into you and bury his face in your chest while you give him massages. He also loves to be brushed. Ace is a six-year-old Australian Shepherd - Border Collie mix who has spent his life in a yard but is LOVING the cozy indoor life in his foster home. He is still learning all the house manners, but it’s only been a week. He previously lived with another dog and has been polite and playful with his doggy foster brother. Ace is a very sensitive dog who is looking for someone gentle and patient to love with his whole heart. Louie is a 10-12 week old Aussie mix with the most captivating eyes you’ll ever see. He was just 2.7 pounds, compared to his littermates (who were all around 6 pounds), when we found him, so he’ll likely stay small and mighty! Louie is full of puppy energy, he loves toys and enjoys playing with other dogs. While he’s not yet tested with cats, he’s easygoing with kids and doesn’t mind the hustle and bustle of a busy home. Louie’s already learned how to use the dog door about 80% of the time, but he’s still working on perfecting his housebreaking. Like any young pup, he’s got a lot to learn, so he’ll thrive with a patient family ready to guide him in becoming the best boy he can be. If you’re looking for a playful, sweet companion with a lot of potential, Louie is your guy! Louie has been neutered, is current on age-appropriate vaccines, and is microchipped. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Bwindi is a 4.5 month old border collie mix. He is currently 26 pounds and will be 70-80 pounds fully grown. Bwindi loves all people, he’s been around kids and does great with them. Bwindi also gets along well with cats and all dogs. He goes to daycare everyday and is well socialized with all the dogs at daycare. Bwindi loves attention- he loves pets, kisses, snuggling. He is an aspiring 80 pound lap dog.   Bwindi is doing well with house training. He is great on a schedule and doesn’t have accidents in the house if carefully monitored. He knows sit and is learning new tricks with his foster mom. He walks well on a leash and likes going for short walks.    He’s a great companion for anyone looking for a large size dog with medium energy. Bea is a Border Collie mix, approx. 1-2 years old and weighs about 30 lbs. She's got the energy of a pup and the heart of a lovebug! She's a sweet girl who smiles at you to ask for pets. This girl loves to play with other dogs and would do great with a playful doggie sibling. She really enjoys toys- the more toys the better. But Bea can be a diva about sharing special treats or toys with her foster siblings so we keep those to enjoy during crate time. Bea would also do great as the only dog who goes on play dates or pack walks to get her doggy fix in but then have her people (and toys!) all to herself Beatrice Bow is a huge people-pleaser. She's learning quickly and takes correction very well. Things to know about her: crate-trained house trained Rides great in car Walks well on leash Knows “sit” Quiet girl Moderate energy levels. Would love a daily hike or walk but can definitely keep up for those longer adventures! Due to being a herding dog mix, we recommend a home without kids or with dog-savvy kids who are ages 8+ Her ideal family would appreciate her playful nature and help her burn off some energy with daily walks, runs, or even some fun fetch sessions. Afterwards she likes to chill until bedtime where she sleeps quietly in her crate through the night.
