At first, she only coward in the corner and now she is going in and outside on her own. She will need a fenced in yard and a doggy friend or two. She will need lots of time and patience to help her with her confidence and know that zhe is safe! Interested in becoming a forever home for Bleu Okie? Are you looking for an obedience trained, crate-trained, housebroken, loves to go on adventures, loves kids, All American Dog?? If so meet Copper. He is the quintessential dog of dogs! He is about 3 years old (young but out of that puppy phase) and at his last vet visit weighed in at 55 pounds. He is a true “Heinz 57” mix of a dog - with so many breeds it’s hard to pick just a few to name! We think Copper probably has some Australian Shepherd, along with several other breeds including possibly Belgian Shepherd. Greyhound or Carolina dog. Copper is a beautiful and happy boy. He loves all creatures and people. Copper loves to play with his doggy friends especially tug-of-war with the big rope toys and will do wonderful at a daycare or dog park with other active and playful dogs.Copper would love to be a hiking or running buddy. He also loves two-legged playmates and is wonderful with kids. He has been waiting for a family far too long and in fact, he’s lucky to be alive! Copper came to us from the shelter at a time when he was minutes from losing his life because he had an upper respiratory infection. Interested in becoming a forever home for Copper? Meet Clark! Clark is a beautiful red merle Australian Shepherd that weighs 30 pounds and is about 5 years old. Clark has a joy for life and all the it brings! He loves to be outside playing, sun bathing and doing all the outside fun doggy stuff! Clark has done well with kids and all the other dog friends he has met but would probably be best in a cat free home. He does well on a leash and will let you know when he needs to go outside and go potty. Clark really prefers not to be crated so if a crate was going to be needed he would need some help learning crates can be safe and not scary. Clark had bloodwork and a dental cleaning at a recent vet visit. Interested in becoming a forever home for Clark? Meet Lenny Lucky! Lenny is 8 months old and weighs 37 pounds. He is an Australian Shepherd mixed with Standard Poodle, also known as an AussieDoodle. Lenny has your typical fun loving puppy energy and will make a fun playful addition to the family! As a puppy, Lenny will still need some work with the good boy things like potty and leash training. Story
Meet Violet "Flakey"! Flakey is a bordie collie mix with maybe some austrailian shepard or a few other breeds. She weighs 42 pounds and is 6-7 years old. Falkey came to us with the worst skin conditions we habe ever seen and it took lots of time and treatment to clear up! She will never get all of her fur back but we think she is the cutest thing ever! PLUS NO FUR on the furniture :) !!! She will just need some cream sometimes to protect her exposed skim from the elements. Flakey is amazing with children of all ages. She does great on a leash, in a crate, and once she is shown where she is allowed to potty in a new environment she does great with that too!Flakey had a dental and blood work at the vet. Story
Pay no attention to breed here….Ms. Beary is a mix of so many breeds - we stopped counting at 15 breeds so we just say she the best of ALL the breeds! Ms. Beary Berries is 75 lbs, and about 5 years old. She is crate trained and house-trained. She also walks well on the leash. She is great with people and with children. Beary is very bonded to her daughter, Blue Berries however she is dog selective otherwise. She tends to be an Alpha and her reaction to other dogs depends more on their dominance. For this reason it would be best if the Berries were the only two dogs in their home. Ms. Beary is part of a bonded pair so she will need to stick her with her daughter Blue Berry. She is a similar size and is listed for adoption as well. Interested in becoming a forever home for Beary Berries?
