Ollie is good with children! No cats or dogs, due to his reactivity! He is housebroken and crate-trained. The owner is surrendering him because he doesn’t like other dogs. If you think you can provide a great home for Ollie, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. Teddy is a wonderful dog and we are sad to see him go. Unfortunately, we just cannot provide the level of care that he needs. He is very sweet and mild tempered very tolerable of other pets and children. He has grown up with a toddler. He does a slow introduction to other animals, and he gets very excited he barks at approaching strangers but is very friendly when he meets others at the park, etc. his bad habits I would say our counter surfing leash pulling and jumping up on people, but he just gets so excited and so much love and attention is very high energy so best for family that goes to the beach, hiking dog park, etc. He’s really a very sweet boy. We will miss him.

We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. 3. We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date.
