He is very smart, eager to learn, and also gentle. He is trained to use hand signals, and already knows "sit" and "down".  He would love a family who will throw the ball for him and another canine sibling or regular opportunities to socialize with other dogs.Pepper Jack is good with dogs after a polite introduction to them. Once he meets a dog, he plays really well with them. He has ignored indoor cats and enjoys his visits with kids 5-17 so far. They all love him and the feeling is mutual!Pepper Jack is fully house and crate trained. He sleeps soundly in his crate overnight and happily enjoys a tasty treat when he is crated during the day. As he is deaf, he may alert with a bark, but only when he needs to tell his human something. He would likely do well as a WFH companion as he’s calm at home and content to relax during the day after playtime or a walk. He also walks well on a leash.Pepper Jack is a wonderful dog who deserves a loving family of his own. Although we were surrendered because we were an unwanted litter, we are typical puppies: happy-go-lucky, silly, and playful. We have been in a foster home with other dogs, cats, and children, and we got along with everyone! Like all young puppies, we will benefit from someone being home most of the time at first. Story
Lora Lee is a very sweet dog that is just 2 years old and weighs 42 pounds.  She is said to be an Aussie mix with some Terrier.  Whatever the mix is we think she is a most unusual and truly a beautiful girl who well with other dogs in her foster home.  She is a friend to all and apparently she is house trained as long as taken out regular. Lola Lee is crate trained but cannot be left for long hours in the crate.  She is not leash trained  but is trying to improve.   We are requesting that applicants have a fenced yard for her because she is an active girl that needs to run and play with freedom and not at the end of a leash only. This beauty loves to cuddle and be by your side like your BFF and shadow.
